I need to be able to log my daily steps…

I need to be able to log my daily steps & have not found any link to do that. I am currently a bit disappointed with the activity & food log. I also use a bariatric app that does a great job helping me track my intake & activity including the ability to log a walk.

Best ever

The biggest plus I think it’s not counting calories but looks at nutrition. I lost over 20kg supported by this app and now keep using it for health.

After Scanning food

After Scanning food, what else so I can show my coffee or tea.

My breakfast time is not regular, because of my job as a caregiver, and driver for patients' checkups, radiation therapy, and other related medical errands.
I don't have time to log in and report all I eat and drink.
Please cancel my subscription.

Highly recommend

Very nice app with a personalised program and your own AI coach. How much interaction and advise you want is totally up to you. It gives you feedback on your food choices and recipe suggestions and the same for exercising.

The staff were very friendly and very…

The staff were very friendly and very helpful I have had 2 years of cancer and extensive surgeries so was unsure of which package would be best for me they were great and advertised me to speak to my doctor to make sure i would be able to do any of packages they offered which i was very grateful that they were thinking about me and not just trying to make money and they replied promptly and also said i was welcome to speak to them anytime totally put me at ease so fingers crossed I will be able to participate as i felt i could totally trust them
