Simons has very fashionable merchandise. I love shopping here because they are a Canadian company. Ms. Salinas was very helpful in the lingerie department. She answered all my inquiries and helped me find my size including PJ's, bra's and socks. I find her very knowledgeable where every thing is. This shows care for customers. Very rare to have this days.

Simon's used to have incredible online support, but recently.. not so much..
I want to start this review off by saying that I absolutely love Simon's. The selection of clothing for men, the discounts during their sales, and the entire experience is premium from start to finish.
Unfortunately, however, in the last few weeks I've found their customer service team go from super responsive and helpful to abysmal. I frequently don't hear back about order inquiries and have to phone their team to get support - something that was never an issue a few months back.
Furthermore, they've just started to ghost me entirely on order statuses which I find increasingly frustrating and has begun to impact my overall view of Simon's. I want to love them, but the lack of support or 2-3 hour phone wait times makes it extremely difficult.

Forgotten refund
I made a return that was received nov.11th. The return has been pending until today. I called in and was told it "must have been forgotten". I received my refund after the call. Unfortunately, when I asked for the issue to be escalated to find the cause of my refund being forgotten I was told they do not have time. I think missing refunds should be a priority as there could be a system error. Its a pretty big deal for customers not to get their money back until they remind the store.

Simons is the best new, Canadian department store!
I LOVE this department store! So refreshing to have a store like this open since we lost Sears and the Bay. Many of the clothes and items are sustainable, and the company itself is eco-friendly, and price points are very reasonable for today's over priced market. Excellent quality clothing, and the customer service is impeccable! They also have the nicest boxes and even the online purchases are packaged aesthetically! Highly recommend this Canadian store with products and designers that are also Canadian made and sustainable! Can't wait to go shopping here again!

Customer service is basically unreachable, my partner ordered a gift for me for Christmas and we realized it was going to the wrong address so we tried to call, email, chat and no one was responsive, and all we needed was to change the address. When you reach out to a store, the phone line cuts off. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and I have never seen something like this from a big name department store. This is actually ridiculous.
Simons charges a 20% restocking fee for online orders! Dispicable!
I recently ordered 2 clothing items from Simons. Both of them were not of the best quality. 1 item was extremely baggy with a peculiar turtleneck and the second was a boxy cardigan, it sat at a very awkward place just below the waistline and was poorly sewn so I chose to return them. Upon submitting my returns, I was charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE ....unheard of, what is wrong with this company? Never buying another item from Simons again.
No customer service
No customer service. Have been having issues with their deliveries. Never received any acknowledgement or answer from their customer service despite several follow-ups. They don't value their customers or their business, so they won't be getting money again.

My advice...go shop elsewhere than simons
I went to return an item and the first question was did you buy it with klarna ?
I didn't make the purchase online myself so I said I didn't know.
Instead of giving me a full refund they went and return whatever amount on the original card it was purchased from.
I m American and THIS FOR SURE WOULD NEVER HAD HAPPENED IN THE US.
I find this way of dealing with refund a bit cheap but then... let's look around and look where I am !.
I ve spend thousands of dollars at simon but I know now that I WILL NEVER return to spend a dime over there.
Very dissapointed but there are many other stores out there to buy the same things for prob cheaper
Product undelivered, no refund 😪
Unfortunately I can't rate the product that I ordered online, since it never showed up, and Simon's is dragging their feet to send me a refund or another package. I've received one email saying they are investigating the issue and that it is the fault of the delivery company, as to why I haven't received my item (silk pillowcases). That was 5 days ago. It has been a month now, since I placed the order.
One star
One star, for selection only. The last two times I have been there, two different locations, I have been standing in line waiting to pay, purchases both close to and over $100. Square One location in September, four people behind cash, one cashier working. Lineup of five people, took ten minutes for me to be rung through. Last week, Rideau Center location, three people behind cash, one cashier working. I am standing in line to pay, a man walks over and buds in front of me and the one attendant asks how she can help him , she leaves the desk and she proceeds to help him on the sales floor. Unless I am missing something, without us, your paying customers, there is no you. I have cancelled my account and have provided the reviews to the secret shopper company I work for. I will never shop in one of your stores again.

I shop occasionally at Simons, but find the lower priced clothing, not big enough and I’m not overweight. I have been watching crave and the Simons ad comes on. It is so incredibly annoying. These people flying all over the place and at the end you can’t even understand what it’s being said. Just had to voice my opinion.
