I have used Simon Archer for many years for annual boiler service and various other plumbing jobs. They are always fast to respond and give a friendly and reliable service at reasonable cost.

I have used this company for several years to give my boiler an Annual service.
They always contact me with a reminder near the due date.
I contacted them with some dates that were suitable to me and as usual they were able to work out a date and time within my availability.
I received an email confirmation and a reminder the day before.
They are punctual, efficient and reliable. Get the job done with no fuss and leave everything tidy. Good price for a good service. Highly recommended.

We had an outdoor tap dripping heavily. Simon Archer Ltd said they could come on Thursday. Later that morning, the the tap got worse and then the stopcock started dripping. I was worried. I phoned again and left a message. Simon called me back and said that he would attend later that afternoon. Half an hour later, he was at my door. The fault was fixed in no time for an extremely reasonable price. I never give five stars, ordinarily, but this was a truly excellent service. Faultless.

Work I needed to be done in our church was done promptly and competently. Pleased with the service

Had a new boiler fitted and 1 radiator replaced. Everything was explained so I knew what to expect, plus kept me up to date as the work was being carried out. Arrived at expected times, work areas were kept as clean and tidy as they could be, and the chaps were very hardworking with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Simon Archer, and I would have no problem with using them again in the future. I look forward to the cozy nights to come.

I was very happy with the fact that somebody was able to call promptly and sort out a permanently running tap by replacing it.

Simon and the team did a great job with replacing our shower pump. The job had unforeseen complications, these were dealt with quickly and efficiently, the engineers stayed until the job was completed. We cannot fault their service.

This company has been a god send to us at National Animal Welfare Trust where they have spent a lot of time helping sort out our on-going boiler problems. We have had other boiler companies out who would charge money and not fix the problem. Since then we now use them for servicing and they are very professional, know their stuff and good at keeping in touch.

Simon Archer Ltd have been our plumbing and heating engineers for over 10 years now. Always reliable. Fairly priced. Extremely knowledgable and always friendly and polite. The latest visit was no exception. The annual reminder to book your boiler service is a nice touch too. Highly recommended.

Recently had a new boiler fitted and a bathroom refit.
I find this company straight forward and professional. Everything was done to a high standard. I have used them several times and always satisfied.

Very good service. They even completed the job £200 under the quote as found a way to use less materials and not move a pump I think. How many would do that? Very clean and tidy left no mess. Highly recommended, will use again without doubt. Book them if you can !!!

Had trouble with boiler, elderly parent rang S Archer over a bank holiday weekend, was able to have a engineer attend before midday on the Monday to resolve the problem. Excellent service and response

Once again great service from Simon Archer and the team. Arrived on time laid out dust sheets before starting the job servicing the boiler.
We have now used Simon for over 20yrs completing various job from changing a tap to full installation of new kitchen, bathroom central heating. Can never fault their work.

Very good and reliable service from a great local company. They always remind me each time I ned a boiler service/LL Cert completed, they often liaise direct with the tenant to ensure dates/times, etc.
Good value professional work.

Rang Simon Archer Ltd and left message. Had call back within10 minutes. Leaking stopcock repaired that afternoon. Excellent efficient prompt service at reasonable price. Would highly recommend
