We chose a factory reconditioned mattress as that allowed us to have a higher specification than our budget would allow otherwise allow. There is no way of knowing the mattress we received was not brand new as it looked perfect.
We were changing our old pocket sprung mattress and were surprised how firm the new one felt in comparison. However the quality of sleep we now experience is dramatically better than before. Both in quality and comfort.
Delivery was well informed and the driver polite.
If I had one wish it would be for handles to be fitted on the end panels as this would have helped with getting the mattress up the stairs.

I always get nervous about buying a new pillow, I have spent a small fortune on different ones over the years. This year alone we've bought two, and like clockwork, after a week they just weren't good enough. But hey, I did some digging and came across the Simba Hybrid Pillow. It's been over two weeks now and I have to say that both I and my husband love it. This pillow is really comfortable - I took a couple of nanocubes out at first, but they were back in by the third night. Hands down the best pillows we've ever had. Can't recommend them enough!

So comfortable! Wish we had bought SIMBA years ago. Thank you to the delivery boys who carried the mattress upstairs. Now thinking of replacing all the other mattresses.

Excellent mattress. I have struggled for years to find a comfortable mattress and I Was surprised how good this one was. Particularly comfortable for side-sleepers like myself, but just as comfortable on your back. Fast delivery as well.

Despite a little delivery issue as we can face in France, go further to improve your client relationship and no regrets at all, I recommend this experience.

Malgré un petit problème de livraison comme on peut en rencontrer en France, continuez de développer la relation client et aucun regret je recommande l’expérience.

finally got sent a replacement mattress - jury is out but feels ok so far

wont buy one again tho due to the hassle of the whole process

update -

within 2 days of setting up this expensive mattress, it developed a dip on one side that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on

when we complained, they required us to take multiple photos measurements and all sorts to facilitate a possible replacement and when we pointed out the mattress was clearly faulty ( and we know that being interior designers) they just sent us a link to return it saying 'oh well its obviously not for you' so send it back

awful company to deal with who clearly dont care about their customers or the environmental damage they cause

and an awful product - I suggest you do not buy a simba mattress based on our experience

as part of the purchase of a simba hybride luxe mattress, simba offered to take away our old tempur mattress for recycling

they trumpet green credentials on their website and claim to be environmentally sound and care of the environment.

this is not the case -

the old mattress was collected and taken away when our simba was delivered and was then dumped in the forest 3 km from our house.

we only found out becos we happened to drive up that remote country road later that day and couldnt believe our eyes to see our old mattress chucked into the forest by the side of the road

disgraceful - i then had to spend a bunch of time complaining to simba and then taking calls from the shippers and delivery guy to get it collected from the forest - i havent been back that way so i dont know if the mattress is still there or not!

i contacted the general manager of simba and her response was pretty dismissive - along the lines of 'we try our best and sometimes mistakes get made'

very poor indeed - this is just another company 'green washing' their business and clearly not really caring at all

think twice before you buy from them i would suggest as the caring for the environment is now the most crucial thing we can do especially with something toxic like old mattresses

and the mattress?

we have had it a week - its ok maybe.....already sagging a bit on one side which you wouldnt expect for a 1500e mattress

i did note after buying that there were quite a few comments online about similar sagging but not usually this quick

we will give it 30 days to try it but i think we will probably be sending it back and going back to Tempur who do things properly

all together a really poor experience - so dont believe the hype and think twice before you buy
