beautiful Bangles…
I was bought the most beautiful Bangles as a gift. They are perfectly made and look of very good quality.
Unfortunately they were too small. I contacted Lillie and the silver scene team and they have been amazing. Customer service is unreal and they went above and beyond. They not only sourced (from their other shops) the next size up but other sizes so I had plenty of choice. It took a few weeks and during this time Lillie kept me up to date. My daughter picked them up for me (I don’t live close by) which was a very easy process. I was told that I could change again if these weren’t right but fortunately they are! One very happy customer thank you so much! 🥰

Beautiful jewellery and EXCEPTIONAL customer service!
I bought a ring from Glastonbury branch and absolutely loved it but after treating it a little poorly I lost a stone :( Lillie and the silver scene team were incredible, they took my old ring, sized it (as I didn’t know the size) and replaced my ring free of charge. Can’t remember the last time I experienced such wonderful customer service!! They also have an incredible array of very reasonably priced jewellery would highly recommend browsing if you’re ever near a branch!!

Silver Scene in Totnes is an Aladdin’s Cave for silver jewellery lovers.
Silver Scene in Totnes is the best silver jewellery shop I have experienced. Katie and her team are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and visits are always fun.
I have been coming to this shop for years now. For me personally, I love knowing that if I buy jewellery from Silver Scene, it is unlikely that I am going to see many other people wearing the same pieces.
I don’t want to be wearing the same as everyone else. Why do people do that?The designs are unusual and excellent value for money.
To be told that the ring you are buying is a one-off is amazing. I have a lot of silver jewellery, too much really but would say 90% of it has been purchased from the Totnes shop. I also buy a lot of presents for family and friends here. Thank you Katie for all your help. You know your stuff!
What’s not to like about this wonderful shop? You can never have too much silver jewellery!

Such great service by Kimi in the…
Such great service by Kimi in the Taunton shop today. I needed a ring for the top of my pendulum chain. Sadly they don’t solder jewellery so we had to explore other avenues.
I found a bracket with a perfect clasp that Kimi was able to swap with my chain.
Very friendly. Happy to find a solution!
