If you have a conscience or any level of decency then you must know that your company is not managed ethically, you are continually being used by your management until such time that you have no more use and they will discard you like a used tissue. So why not help us and do the right thing?

We are a group of clients working together and we need your help to bring justice to the innocent people who have been brainwashed into believing in the Daniel Johns dream. It is a known fact that Daniel johns has taken money on promises that it isn’t able to deliver. Knowingly taking client money with no intention to give any returns is a criminal act and punishable with jail.

I urge you to write to me on the following email and I will assist you in remaining anonymous to the courts but supplying vital evidence which can bring this organisation down.

The net is only getting tighter on them and with your help or anyone you know that is associated with them or has previously had problems with them that can help us, we will be grateful.

I would give them minus 10. They came into Little Foxes Hotel at Gatwick promising great things and then sometime later gave one day’s redundancy notice to staff who had worked there for years and broke all rules set down by the Government and surprise, surprise when taken to Court they suddenly decided to liquidate the Company. They appear to have no scruples. I have no doubt they will be setting up new company names ripping off more people

Definitely a conduit for Daniel John's go conduct their scam

Daniel Johns Ltd is a UK real estate developer company set up by Pakistani immigrants to scam investors by selling properties that claim to offer guaranteed rental returns and buy back scheme.

Daniel Johns would have investors sign the rental guarantee contracts with their appointed associated companies like Silver Hopkins Asset Management Ltd (formerly known as Daniel Johns Management Ltd) and Victoria Knights Offices Ltd which are also run by the same team from Pakistan. It is suspected that these companies operate using false addresses which are service offices and fake employees which are obvious signs of fraudulent activities.

They have set up numerous companies which are all linked and connected to each other but they try to make themselves look and operate like different independent entities to unsuspecting investors. These companies would eventually default on the rental payments and disappear. Emails and phone calls ignored.

Silver Hopkins and Victoria Knight have recently liquidated to avoid present and potential claims from hundreds of victims who are now taking legal action.

Please avoid buying any of their properties so you don't have to deal with false representations and false assurances and lose your entire investment. The same people behind this scam could also be using different company names to con investors. Beware.

Update:

Liquidated company Silver Hopkins Asset Management Ltd has resurrected as Stanley Hopkins Ltd effective 9th July 2020.

This company is part of a Ponzi scheme connected to Daniel Johns (property developers). They sign rental guarantees with investors, then default. They claim there are no tenants in full tenanted properties, and instead fraudulently funnel the rental payments to Daniel Johns. Do not sign any contracts with Silvia Hopkins unless you are willing to lose your entire investment. There are hundreds of victims now taking legal action. If you are buying an investment property from a developer that uses Silvia Hopkins as their management company, please be aware that the likelihood of it being a Ponzi scheme is very high.
