Great service Shame about the discount it said get 10% off then once you get through to the check out you couldn’t have it as it then said you had to spend over £150 never said that at the beginning or I would have got it from the shop I normally go to I think that is false advertising

We obtained a pre-used Silver Cross car seat from a friend for a newly born grandson.

It was well constructed and worked fine until the grandson outgrew it.

As it had been well used it was not really suitable to sell or hand on but landfill did not seem appropriate.

Fortunately Silver Cross operate a recycling scheme. They will pick up a car seat using a carrier (in our case DPD). They then strip it down and recycle the component parts as appropriate.

All very efficient and much better than landfill.

It's perfect for flight as well as short trips around our town. My little one loves it!

Fast and efficient

Love my pram but customer services have been absolutely painful to deal with. Had the incorrect item sent to me twice. Sent the pram for servicing due to one problem and was returned with two parts broken. Would not use Silver Cross again.

I contacted Silver Cross to help me order a spare part for my buggy, they were so so helpful. They helped me with my order and followed through right the way to the end. I am so impressed - would highly recommend.

I bought this for my grandson after reading reviews. It appears very substantial and good quality for the price. He has not used the chair yet - he is visiting us next week. I’m sure it will be suitable and safe. He does have a silver cross push chair which is excellent, another reason I chose this high chair.

High chair purchased via website. Easy to purchase, good choice of chairs, delivery next day on standard option, email received in advance with 3 hour time slot for delivery, delivery on schedule by polite driver.
Overall, excellent purchasing experience and excellent highchair. Easy to assemble, easy to collapse and store, all parts fit perfectly and wipe clean.

We are really pleased with the valet and repair service offered by Silver Cross. After 4 years of use our pram returned good as new and SC fixed the handle. Collection and delivery were quick and efficient too. Thank you

The silvercros breez is the perfect pram.. comes in lovely colours and is easy to use and fits in the the boot perfectly. Excellent quality and good value for money. Highly recommend.

Spoke to customer service before I placed the order. The phone was answered quickly and the agent was very helpful in answering my questions. Once the order was placed, it was delivered within three days. I was kept updated of the delivery process and the delivery was made within an hour of the allocated time slot. The customer service matched the quality of the product. This is rare these days !

Silver Cross have a fantastic scheme to recycle or re-furbish old Silver Cross buggies and car seats etc.

So few brands do this but it's crucial for environmental sustainability, and it prevents bulky plastic and metal from entering landfill.

Dedicated recycling services like those run by Silver Cross are vital to help deal with this challenge.

And this is really important for the future of those kids who have grown using these essential baby and toddler items.
