I have been a customer for years with silver by mail spending hundreds of pounds a year. I bought my friend a beautiful anklet for her 60th birthday and this year bought her the matching pebble toe ring which broke 2 days after wearing it, i was mortified so contacted SBM to advise i wanted a replacement, the tone of the email back was they need to inspect it and will advise me! They never advised me and just sent a generic email to say i am being credited, having read reviews others had had issues with the pebble toe ring breaking so i had to call them to order again even though not having received my credit yet, they did eventually agree to paying the same price i had previously paid for the replacement but the ring does not match the anklet so i asked for them to compensate the hassle with a matching anklet the reponse left me stunned!!! we did send you a free label to return the pebble toe ring!! So for the sake of a £20 anklet (thats not what it will cost them!!) they have now lost a customer who spends hundreds of pounds with them!!! Very unhappy with the customer response from them!!

Beautiful jewellery. Easy to order. Very happy with the quality of earings and the bracelet I bought as gifts. The box and pouch for the jewellery are very good quality and the little chocolate add a little extra something!

I had been looking for the Ruby earrings for a while, so when they appeared at 30% off I couldn't resist!!
They arrived two days later, beautifully packaged with an added treat inside.
The earrings were smaller than anticipated but I absolutely love them!!

After wearing earrings for a couple days one became lose, now won’t stay closed. Can’t wear them & can’t return as they have been worn. Poor quality.

Amazing service and beautiful jewellery

Purchased a bracelet last year, which I'd completely forgotten about. It had not been worn or taken out of packaging, the bracelet had tarnished badly. Contacted the company, reply was not helpful, stating that silver does tarnish, clean it with a silver cloth.

I own a lot of silver pieces, expensive and cheap items that have never tarnished.

I paid £94 for item, its still on sale at a higher price. Extremely, disappointed,
