Not sure why they asked...
Not sure why they asked for me to review them after they've ignored 2 phone calls and an email about a package this week. It being sent by email is pretty galling as well. I don't know if it's automated, but it should be manual, and if it is, their customer service is either tone deaf or the intern is working the phones this week.
With that said, as frustrated as I am right now, they provide decent prices, and have *usually* been reliable in getting the products to my house in a timely fashion.

Very hard to get ahold of someone
Very hard to get ahold of someone. Their website is deceiving aswell. Says 9am but they dont start until 11am. They said when i did get ahold of them. Also, you get charged more delivery then stated on the website. Makes for a very uncomfortable transaction.
