A discount code means nothing if it doesn't work, because I've been issued the code previously anx used on an an order that was refunded. So therefore didn't work when reissued again. No response when I queried that!
Won't be ordering from them again for a 4th time as whats on the site, doesn't reflect what they have.

Ordered 3 Christmas jumpers from them. Delivered by evri.. left on the front door while all of us were at home at night!!! The parcel got stolen. We have the video evidence. It was stolen because there was no ring on the bell, was left unattended at night time. When i contacted their customer service, this was the utmost disappointing conversation i have ever had with any customer service represent. They told me to contact evri as it was their fault. When i contacted evri, they told me to contact the seller as it was within their gift to decide what to do next. So, i went back to the most lack of sense and humility in a customer service represent lady or guy i dont even know named Clabbe. He/she tells me to report the case to the police as it is important to report crime!!! And then only will they provide a replacement which i am going to do because no way i am letting these scammers get away with my hard earned money!!!! Would have given minus ratings if i could!!!

Ordered matching Christmas jumpers for me and my daughter. Booked to see Santa so we can match up but evri have delayed my delivery so I tried to reach out to silly asnta customer service. It’s extremely hard to get through them and sadly our Christmas magic is ruined. Please don’t order from them they sell over priced jumpers and don’t even bother to deliver them!!
AVOID - daylight robbery!
I bought an item from sillysanta, size was too small so I asked for a refund or exchange. The only way to obtain details for refund or exchange was to fill in their online form. I have emailed them probably about 10 times and filled their online form about 20 times in about two weeks, no reply whatsoever. They are basically stealing in this regard; they said on their website before I bought the item that refunds can be made if within 100 days. I asked for a refund / exchange on the day of receiving the item and trying it on. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication. I will be taking this further to the ombudsman. I would advise that you do not purchase anything from sillysanta as they will outright ignore you when you need to return or exchange an item, even though their website states you can get a refund/exhange. Unlike other companies, they have neglected to tell you in advance how to obtain a refund, which is most likely because they know they will not give the refund as they will ignore all communications!!

Complete Lack of Service and Accountability
I placed an order for four sweaters on the 18th of December in the hopes of receiving them in time for Christmas. However, Christmas came and went and had nothing had been received, no communication except for an email asking me to review the products, which I had not received during the first week of January. I followed up and was told that the package was with UPS and would be investigated and that I would be told of the outcome. I never heard anything back and it is nearly one month since placing my order. I have also attempted to contact UPS, with no success. I have now asked for a refund and am incredibly disappointed in the lack of service and accountability of this company.

I got a refund of the sweaters shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the sweaters but this was completely my own fault. I would like to thank the Silly Santa team for their understanding and ease with resolving the issue and being refunded. Next year, I will definitely order here.
