Do Not Trust Stated Delivery Dates At Check Out

I ordered an item from SilkSilky and paid extra for express delivery which clearly stated 2-4 business days delivery. This did not occur. The response from the company :'please wait patiently'. My correspondence with this company has been completely unsatisfactory and lacked authenticity. I am now faced with an extra cost of returning an unused, un-opened product.
I do not recommend this Company.

I’m really impressed with this satin…

I’m really impressed with this satin turban. The material feels incredibly soft and smooth, which makes a noticeable difference in protecting my hair from frizz and breakage. Unlike other fabrics, the satin doesn’t dry out my hair overnight, and I wake up with it feeling much more manageable and hydrated.
The fit is comfortable without being too tight, so it stays in place while I sleep but doesn’t leave any marks or cause discomfort. I also appreciate the quality of the stitching—it feels durable and well-made, not like something that will fall apart after a few uses.

Seems impossible to return an item; use caution!

Recently, I ordered a dressing gown from SilkSilky but it did not fit well. I then found it is seemingly impossible to return an item. You must email the company to get information on how to return something, but the company has refused to respond to two emails (20 March and 26 March) that I sent requesting this information.

SilkSilky has no problem sending me multiple emails each day to entice me to buy more items, but it cannot be bothered to tell me how I can return a product.

I have spent more than £400 with this company over the past five years, but I will not buy anything from them again. Please make sure you are happy with an item, because I think it could be very difficult to get a refund.

False advertising

i ordered a t-shirt advertised as pure silk but it was a polyester blend, clung and was highly static. I requested a refund but was forced to send it back at my expense which i found unreasonable since they had falsely advertised that the top was silk. As i am in australia and the return address is US it was a $30 postage fee. I wrote several emails but there was no attempt to remediate apart from thanking me for my feedback, and the top is still advertised on the website as pure silk. I would not recommend this company.

Elastic stitching unravelling

Both the bras and panties look good and are comfortable to wear. However, I am a bit concerned that some of the elastic stitching (of the one pair of panties) is unravelling.

Customer support utterly useless, chasing refund for 3 weeks

Customer support utterly useless. Been chasing a 250£ refund since 6th March 2026 (that's 3 weeks of waiting for a refund) with customer support unavailable online for more than half the week and empty promises of "we've refunded" yet no money showing in the account. Quality of the fabric might be silk but the quality of the garments themselves... looked like rags. Honest to, whomever you believe in, Primark may be selling synthetics but the quality is going to be soooo much better! Don't waste your time and money, and nerves!!!
