Not a UK company - high cost to return items…

If it was possible to provide a 0 star review I would - warning this company is not based in the UK. The site makes it look as if they are based in Birmingham when in fact trey are based in Thailand. Products are undersized and the return policy after their “admin fee” results in costing you money overall to return products.

Looking at the size - I’m XL male in the UK so ordered XXL so they would be baggy - when it arrived it said 5XL and was clearly women’s size - when measured it was about the size of a male UK L size!
