This is a total scam

This is a total scam! I ordered my bra months ago and it never arrived. The tracking number they gave me is invalid. They are refusing to refund me. After multiple emails asking where my package is, they said they did not know and still refused to issue a refund. Their excuse is their system won't let them do it. It's a total scam company!

Mixed feelings

I have received the bra (which is quite a surprise when I read other reviews), but it took ages to ship from China. The bra seems to be alright and it's comfortable, it doesn't even have the typical cheap smell. I wanted to return it because it's a little tight but the website is gone.

This is a HUGE SCAM!!!!

This is a HUGE scam. Tracking all in chinese. Never even left their country. Reached out about 4 times, every time i was asked to wait 30 more days, then 30 more days and then 30 more days... now they won't even respond. I placed my order at the beginning of February, next week is July... I tried to be both patient and understanding during the covid ordeal but they are flat out ripping people off!

Total waste of money.

Total waste of money.
Purchased two Silke wrap bras as I fell for the clever advertising. The bras were awful quality and one of them was missing a clasp so completely useless. I emailed customer services but the email just sat in my outbox. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE COMPLETE SCAM, I ordered 9th april and have had many emails telling me my item was sent paypal contacted them no answer, paypal are due to close my case I get a email to say I will be refunded my money 5-10 business days which happens to be the next day after paypal close the cause, so very good timing and very good scamming. I left a review it disappeared left a comment on facebook it is also gone and no comments can be left. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered three bras to be told they would need to cancel order as unable to ship to New Zealand. Still have not received credit as promised. Not receiving any responses to my emails. Looks like I will not be doing so. However still receiving their emails 🤔. Update as of 3rd July. Credit received. 👌

Beware of scam-type adverts with links on your Facebook

I was happy with the first bra I bought from this company via a Facebook advert designed to drawn you in with "massive" discounts which are time-limited, so ordered another two in different colours. You have a long wait but I didn't mind that as I knew the first one took a while to arrive.
When they arrived one had weirdly thick padded inserts which showed a horrible circular outline on clothes. Not too bad, I thought, since I could switch the inserts between bras.
However, the other one that arrived had "large" stamped on it but was about one third the size and shape of the other two and would have been more appropriate as a training bra for a teenager.
I contacted the company several times pointing out that the fault was with their quality control and they should be replacing it (I had photos to prove the sizing was wrong). They still, politely, insisted that I had to return the bra, at my own expense, to an address in China.
The bras weren't expensive in terms of today's prices but I still expected to receive what I'd ordered and, if not, for the company to correct their error gratis. There's no way I'm going to the added expense of sending the wrongly-sized bra to the address they gave me in China, so I'll cut my losses and put it down to experience.
If I hadn't got a good bra the first time I wouldn't have re-ordered. Now I have one decent bra and another with weird space-ship shaped insert pads so I've probably paid for an expensive bra and got third-rate quality goods.
I hope this helps anyone from being taken in by this company - don't do it!

Ordered 23 Apr 2020. They answered 2 emails (Rochelle), but no product yet. Website has shut down now so there is no recourse. Out $35.

Silke studios is a SCAM

Silke studios is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Item has not shipped after 8 weeks, and they REFUSE to refund me. This is illegal. It is BEYOND the COVID-delays. They say that it has shipped already--that's a LIE. The tracking # says it's not out for delivery yet! Their website promises all sorts of BS--it's not true. It's just a factory in China pumping out BS, doesn't care at all about you. I have to take legal action apparently to get my money back.

complete scam

Placed an order a month ago. Never received. No response from company. Phone number is not a good number, email is the only way to contact them. So not only did I not receive what I ordered but the company will not respond for a refund.

ZERO stars

Goodness, can I give 0 starts? This company is a joke. I ordered 2 bras. I received just one. It's been months and the company is refusing to refund me for the missing item, claiming it had been shipped. The tracking number shows that it is still being "prepared for shipment". It's been months: no item and no refund.

Now as for the item I did receive - it is pure garbage and I immediately dropped it into the donation pile. It is NOT the revolutionary technology, supportive and breathable, as the Instagram ads would make you believe. It is cheaply made synthetic piece of something. The company would not allow me to return it either.

I have dozens of emails between myself and their customer service - and the best refund they offered me was $4 (on a $20 item that I had not seen).

I have been completely ripped off by these people. I purchased a wrap bra according to the sizing guide exactly. It was about 2 sizes too small. I paid the postage to return it to the return address on the package. No refund given. When I e-mailed these people they replied it was not received. Aust. Post had a tracking number and it was definitely delivered. They still refused a refund and fobbed me off stating I should pursue this through an address in China!! As if.... !!

Bad product, bad service

Once I finally got my products, the fit of both of them was terrible. I had ordered shapewear that I couldn't even get up my thighs, let alone over my hips, and a bra that had such loose straps that any hope of breast support was a fantasy.

The company does say they'll take returns, but what they don't tell you until you email them is that you're responsible to ship the items back to China -- even though they sent the items from Ontario. I wanted the full refund, but on taking the package to Canada Post, it would be EIGHTY DOLLARS to send the package back (my order total was only $60).

They offer you an immediate 20% refund if you don't ship it back. Now that's my only solution to get any money back at all. In this case, you get to keep the items, but what good does that do me? That, my friends, is what I call some real bulls**t.

I would like to post this review on their actual website, but can I find anything on the website or my account to post a review? You sure bet I can't. Looking at the reviews that are on their site, there are many that show 4 or 5 stars, but the text is negative. Think they're editing the stars much? Cheap trick.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They have no workable returns policy. The bras arrived after about 6 weeks..meanwhile I was bombarded with advertisements about every second day. The bras were far too small. I wanted to return had a reply from the support line once. They said I could have 20% back or send the items back to China but I had to photo them first. I wanted to return and exchange for a larger size so I sent the photo. After that NO replies after several emails. Then the support email no longer worked. No way to contact Silke studios. I lost my money.

I would give this company zero stars if…

I would give this company zero stars if I could. It has been more than 12 weeks since I placed my order, they were quick to charge my card, yet I have nothing to show for it. To some degree, I expected a delay, but according to the tracking number I was provided with says the package hasn't moved since May 5th! I emailed customer service and was told the package is delayed because of Covid-19 and they would try to have it delivered in one to two weeks, I'm not holding my breath. In all honesty this is my fault, I should have done some research before impulse buying.

Do not buy from this company

I too would give them 0 stars if that were an option and wish I had searched for reviews, since there are many poor reviews. My item was not at all as advertised - probably the worst quality of mail order clothing that I have ever received. My options are to keep it and receive a 20% refund or ship back to China for a full refund. However, it will cost me $15 - $34 to ship back to China.

Would actually give them 0 stars. Have been waiting 2 months and still have not received my order. Repeated emails get form letter responses with no helpful information.
They are blaming Covid-19 for delay but I have received orders from other out of country companies that I ordered from weeks after placing this order.
