I was the first customer at at a retailer who just started selling them silencers. There were a few issues on the retailers side and I couldn’t set up my trust on the kiosk. We called Silencer Shops customer service and spoke with Adam. He was amazing, he walked the store through what they needed and pulled up my account and walked me through getting to the right spot for the trust . He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took a frustrating experience and smother it out and helped everyone.

Filed wrong but it’s all good
Paperwork was filed wrong and ATF rejected my form. So it had to be resubmitted which has delayed the entire process. Mistakes happen and that’s just life. The rest of the process was great and simple to do. Will definitely use them again.
