very bad experience with shippin and delivery..you pay big amount of money just to stay waiting.. the knives wer edue to be delivered on 15th july max and till today 4/8 still not received.. you send mails to customer service they dont repl. you pay money for delivery which doesnt arrive.. they are merely thieves. they just take your money , very unprofessional .dishonest.

I ordered three knives: the Nakiri, Surudoi, and Shirit models. Delivery took about a month and a half, much longer than the promised 12-21 days. The knives arrived poorly packaged with damaged boxes. While they looked beautiful as display pieces, one lacked the engraved logo and resembled those sold on AliExpress.

Some items from my order were missing, and despite numerous emails, it took nearly four months for customer service to admit they didn't have the missing items. They promised to send them, but a month past the promised date, I gave up.

Reviews on their website are highly selective, with only those above four stars posted. My one-star review was never published. Checking Trustpilot and Instagram comments revealed many others with similar issues.

Regarding quality, the knives are not as sharp as advertised. They are slightly sharper than regular household knives, but the "cut like butter" claim is false. They also developed watermarks and stains that won't disappear, and one knife turned orange/brownish after a while.

I ordered 3 sets of knives , paid almost 900.00 . We should have received 15 knives. Contacting customer service was not helpful. We received 7 knives within a month. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and was refunded 380.00 . I never received a complete set. The whole experience was horrible. Everyone should beware of this company.

Ordered 2 knives on 12/22, over a month has passes and I still haven't received my order. Tracking # shows that USPS hasn't even received it yet. Contacted customer service and they were of no help. At this point I don't expect to receive my order at all, I think Sikkina is a complete scam.

Horrible business! I ordered my knives on 11/29. Received a tracking number on 12/1 and paid for expedited shipping. To date, the USPS has not received my package. The phone number on the website does not work. Their email customer service is very poor! They give you the runaround and same excuse whenever you inquire. They refused to give me a refund or cancel my order. Do not ever buy from them!

Please stay away from this company they are fraudulent and never tell the truth. The purchase we made never arrived on time, the package was broken, and the merchandise was of poor quality. They said that to return it would be 30 days when the website says 60. We returned the merchandise and we have never had the money back. Countless calls and countless excuses. They are a total scam.

I have made an order one month back, but to date not been received! although it is mentioned that the shipment will take from 12-21 days

I have struggled to get in contact with them, and they kept on telling me the shipment is in transit with DHL, checked with DHL and they didn't receive the package yet!

Also, the shipment is coming from China not from the US as claimed on Instagram and the website.

Of course, the payment is in advance, I have paid and have no idea where is my shipment!

I don't recommend ordering from them as it seems something wrong is going on with this company.

Sikkina sent me 4 knives. Told me they’d arrive with 24 days. It took 3 months. Knives were rubbish quality. Tracking said they came from China. They lie on there site and say American but they’re definitely not. Terrible soft steel. One knife didn’t arrive and they refused to refund me so I’ve taken it up with my bank. Absolute crooks, stay away

The knives feel good in the hand, well balanced, and with a nice heft. Customer service was spectacular.

first time i`ve come across a blade that is strong keeps its edge without chipping, if it dulls abit just give it a touch on a steel.

The cleaver I purchase my wife for Christmas was her “favorite gift.” I too enjoy working with it.

I just received my package! I frequently cook as a hobby with a cup of wine and this knives are such amazing!!! And the customer service also is really nice.
