The apartment looked brand new and everything worked really smooth!

I am very satisfied with choosing and working with this company. They provide excellent service in both speed and quality. Their prices are competitive, and they offer professional and helpful advice alongside their services.

I completed my move-out inspection without any additional costs, and I can fully recommend them.

The service from Sikkerfraflytning has been smooth and efficient. The first exchanges via phone and email set up the contract in an simple and straightforward way.
Then they took care of everything: I left the apartment empty with only a general swipe, but nothing else. They cleaned, repainted and made the apartment ready.
The move-out inspection has been the smoothest and shortest I've ever lived, 10 minutes tops, and I will get my deposit back.
Overall there is a price, but it's hard to compare with what I would have had to pay without their service. Maybe similar or more, who knows. But it bought me two things: predictability of the budget, and peace of mind.

Just finished the housing inspection and had no comments from landlord. Daniel and the Team did a really great job. Chose Sikkerfraflytning after having a first talk and visit by Daniel at our apartment rented by Newsec.
Sikkerfraflytning showed great communication and customer service from the early beginning.
Close to the start of renovation work, Tural reached out and I felt confident that they would do an excellent work.
During the inspection, Newsec revealed itself showing its worst side: they had a paint lamp, they complained that they should do the assessment of the floors before sanding, they complained about corners of the windows not completely cleaned outside and calc in the bathroom. Completely unreasonable complains, as the apartment looked brand new. Sikkerfraflytning was present and defended their work and us as renters, showing their professionalism with someone as unreasonable as Newsec.
I will strongly recommend this company to all of my friends leaving a rental property.

Daniel has been very helpful from start. When he came to our old apartment, the thoroughly explained what needs to be done to get our deposits back. Fortunately, he worked with our landlord before so he knows what to do. We just give him the key and he will take care the rest. The landlord is happy with their work and we got our full deposits back. Fully recommended.

Hand out of our appartment back to the land lord was not something we had to think of having these guys next to us.

Extremely profesional, always proactive having state of the art technology helping them to always send reminders regarding each step to follow.

Nothing to mention about their actual repair work, as it was flawless, leading to 100% deposit payback.

We lived in our rental apartment for ~2 years, and as is the case there was some wear and tear of the floors, walls, etc. I contacted Daniel and from the first talk we had, I was very comfortable with how our case was handled and how reasonable the price was. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable with the kind of work that needed to be done, and the entire process went by smoothly but for a small hiccup, where one of the keys to the apartment I had given the team went missing (very rarely this happens) but Daniel was very professional about this and agreed to compensate me for the new lock that needs to be put in the apartment. The inspection went very very smoothly, and there was no issue at the end! Can highly recommend using Sikkerfraflytning as your move-out advisor!
