I purchased a Sihoo Doro C300 chair two years ago. Unfortunately, one part of the backrest broke. It was made of low-quality material. I immediately contacted customer support, and they offered to glue the part myself and promised to send a new backrest. Due to logistical issues, the backrest was delayed, and they kindly offered me 15 euros in compensation, which I immediately accepted. A month later, I contacted customer support again, and they explained that the entire batch of spare parts was delayed, so they promised to send a new chair. A week later, I received the latest chair, and I can confidently say that the company continually improves its products. The new chair was from a new revision and no longer contained the weak parts in the backrest. The fabric materials have been slightly modified, and the seat is slightly more comfortable. Keep up the good work, Sihoo.
Great experience with customer support
the chair is good value for the price, I have paid € 289 for the Doro-C300 in November 2023.
- Chair: it is very comfortable, not like the most expensive competitors, but very close and with half the half of the price. After 22 months of usage an important piece broke.
- Customer support: the object has 5 years of warranty, they resolved me the problem as quickly as possible.

Said that, I assume the warranty is 5 years.

I’ve had my C300 for about two years and it’s been fantastic—super comfortable for my long daily use. A part of the backrest broke, so I contacted customer service. They immediately arranged a replacement chair, which I honestly didn’t expect. Such kindness and efficiency deserve a big thank-you. Great job, Sihoo!
Great Product, Even Greater Support!
I’m from Canada and originally purchased my Sihoo chair through a local dealer, which unfortunately went out of business. Later, the backrest of my chair broke, so I reached out directly to Sihoo’s official customer service. Their team was incredibly responsive and helpful.
Even though the replacement parts were delayed due to shipping issues, they went above and beyond by sending me a brand new chair instead! I’m truly impressed by both the comfort of the chair and the professionalism of their customer support. I’ll definitely choose Sihoo again in the future. Highly recommended!

I purchased a C300 chair two years ago, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with it! It's incredibly comfortable, and I use it for approximately 10 hours or more each day. Recently, a part of the backrest of the chair broke. I contacted the support and they promptly sent me a replacement chair. Support on refund
I ordered the c300 which was great, but it seems that my body is not compatible with the mesh seating. I contacted the support team and they were really helpful during the start till the end of the refund process. I have sent back the chair and in that same week they have initiated the refund as well.

The mesh seat and back on my Sihoo C300 ergonomic chair started to sink in after less than a year, so I reached out to their customer support. I was very impressed with how they handled it. They took my issue seriously, kept me updated on shipping, and gave me a solution I was really happy with. This whole experience showed me that Sihoo's products are more than worth the price, and their customer service is genuinely trustworthy.
Amazing commitment towards customers
I purchased a C300 chair and an arm below the head cracked and almost got completely broken, after about two years of normal use. I reached out to Sihoo Support and next day I received a response that they can send me a backrest replacement, but it will be shipped in 2-3 months. As I had no option, I patched up the chair and waited for the replacement. More than two months later the Support reached out to inform me that there is a problem with shipping the replacement backrest and that they can send me a new chair free of charge. I could not be more happy for the level of commitment Sihoo is demonstrating toward their customers, despite any shipping delays. I would definitely buy again another chair from Sihoo.

I bought a Sihoo chair S300 coupled with a 120*60 standing table with an electrical built-in remote. 💡
Quality of the table: 9/10 (would be better if there was either a cable hole or a cable holder attached to the table or a leg.) 💯
Quality of the chair: 9/10 (but it would be very handy if the textile could be removed and washed) + (for guys with 182+ cm height, I recommend buying chairs of another model with a dedicated head support if it is very important to you, because I can't rest my head in the sitting position, but I can rest in the lying position, and it doesn't bother me much, and if the neck gets sore, it means I need some rest.) I have certain spinal issues, so I was very strict about the quality of the chair, and this chair supports me very well, and I can sit on it comfortably. 👍
Both extra things are not that important, and they don't change the fact that I am happy with the purchase and have already recommended it to friends. 🥳
Support works well. When the chair arrived, a piece of it was broken during delivery, and I just emailed support, and they sent me the piece within a day or two. 📦
Easy to assemble. Screws and a manual screwdriver are included, but I recommend having your own screwdrivers anyway because there are a lot of screws. 🛠️

I’ve been using the Sihoo C300 for two years and it’s been excellent. A minor issue with the lumbar support was quickly resolved by Sihoo’s responsive support team. The chair is very comfortable, with multiple adjustment options that make long hours of sitting much easier. Highly recommended!
Excellent customer service
Even though my chair was out of warranty, they shipped a replacement arm from China to my home address at no cost and kept me informed of when it was shipped and when it would be delivered. Excellent customer service (thanks Joy).
Terrible chair
Terrible chair, very cheap, not reliable, after not even month got scratching noise. They had no white version but on the website had it available and the back is not adjusting not keeping the back correctly.

I bought SIHOO ergo chair M57 in 2021, I just love it so much. I lost the headrest during move recently. I just needed a headrest replacement because the chair itself is still solid like new even I sit on it for hours in front of my desk every day.
I emailed their customer support and got response very soon. And they shipped the headrest to me in a week.
By the way, I'm using the same chairs from SIHOO in the company that I work for. There are roughly 100 M57s in the offices. Everyone likes it when talk about the chairs.
