Bought a c300 chair
Bought a c300 chair, not cheap, put it together, took over an hour and it doesn't work as it should. Incredibly angry! Waited 2 weeks for it to arrive so with the previous feedback I'm not holding out much hope of getting this sorted and will end up going to the bank for a charge back

I bought a chair from the website, send an email yesterday to ask when the delivery day would be and no reply! Also I did the mistake to not pay via PayPal so I will have to wait 30 days to start a claim with my bank. I would expect a reply from a website within 4h, but is not acceptable to wait more than 24h ago.

After 28h i got a reply. They didn't address me by name, they have said that my chair was out of stock and just in the 23rd of December they would be able to send my chair, but they have one in a different colour, but they didn't add the link to it. To add to this support is in china, I am in the UK. That means that I get a reply at 1am, this means that it takes a huge amount of time to have a reply from them. They offered £30 as a compensation, but I thought that if I had any issues it would be a nightmare, so I just requested my refund that is supposed to get between 1-5 working days. If they were based in the UK and if they would take less time to reply to my emails I might have kept the chair.

I have owned both M57 and M18 Office…
I have owned both M57 and M18 Office chairs and they both are super comfortable, durable, and help my posture significantly. One has the padded cushion and one is a mesh cushion which i actually liked more. I would recommend both to anyone looking for a cozy office chair for longer hours for the price!

Underhanded price increase
The M57 office chair was listed at €159, but when I added it to my cart, the price unexpectedly jumped by €10. On top of that, they added another €10 for shipping. This is deceptive and I wouldn't trust this company after this dishonest tactic.

I recently ordered the Sihoo C300 chair in black, and received a confirmation email, but after a few days without a shipment update, I reached out to support and was informed that the black version of the chair was temporarily out of stock due to high demand. Their response was quick and professional. They informed me about the stock issue and even offered a choice: switch to the in-stock white version with a small reimbursement or wait for the next batch of black chairs.
I preferred the black chair, so I asked if they could guarantee it would ship in the next batch. They reassured me, and sure enough, as soon as the restock happened, I got my shipment email. The chair arrived within five business days.
Throughout the process, we exchanged many emails, and every response from the support team was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I’m happy with both the chair and the excellent customer service.

Well, me again (my third 1-star review of Sihoo Australia as it seems to be the only way I get contact).
Read my other reviews for more detail (cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT order from Sihoo Australia).
It wasn't until I submitted a refund request through PayPay that I was finally able to have an open line of communication with Sihoo.
In this I was informed that my chair was being shipped from overseas and that they could guarantee it was on it's way. I waited, didn't go through with the refund, and heard nothing for months.
Then today, I go onto the courier website and see that it had indeed been delivered a month ago. After several attempts of delivery I heard nothing from the courier, and the chair was shipped back to Sihoo.
I called the courier and they explained that when an item cannot be delivered they contact the supplier and the supplier is to contact the customer for delivery, which of course Sihoo Australia did not do.
SO NOW I have to wait until I hear from Sihoo so they can reship the chair and I am willing to bet that my chair has been sold and I will need to wait for another to be shipped from overseas (even though the website says nothing about a 2 or 3 month shipping time).
I look forward to a generic reply on trustpilot but hopefully this is again reason for contact and the item will be posted again (let's see how long this takes... I initially ordered the chair in JUNE).

I'd like to share my recent experience with Sihoo Office.
I purchased the S100 Chair, but encountered some issues with the delivery. However, when I reached out to customer service, they were extremely helpful and provided all the answers I needed. They resend me another chair without any problem.
I was particularly impressed by their kindness and the quick response time.
As for the chair itself, it’s very comfortable. I spend around 8 hours a day sitting in it and I haven't experienced any back pain during this period.
I highly recommend Sihoo!

Got a replacement arm rest quickly/easily
Two and a half years ago, I purchased a SIHOO Recliner Computer Office Chair (the one with the separate head rest and retractable foot rest.) I recently noticed one of the arm rests was cracking and contacted SIHOO customer support. After sending them pictures of the wear-and-tear, they shipped me a replacement arm rest promptly and I was able to swap in the new one easily.
