I was disappointed to order shoes that when sent to me were different to the photo. But your customer service team, Sam was excellent! Very supportive and quick to respond.

Unhelpful Attitude
I have never been treated with such distain before. It was as though the shop assistant had a bad smell under her nose. When I showed a photograph of my sequined designer dress to a previous assistant she was very enthusiastic and told me they could definitely sell it especially in the run up to Christmas. However on returning to the shop in SW3 with my dress the new assistant couldn't have been more rude. She has a very unfortunate attitude. The dress had only been worn for a few hours but she spotted a small mark on the lining. I undertook to get it dry cleaned again but the paltry offer of £140 for such a stunning en vogue dress was an insult. However she did me a favour - I have subsequently sold it for £620.

Great service, despite wrong product in photo
I was disappointed to order shoes that when sent to me were different to the photo. But your customer service team, Sam was excellent! Very supportive and quick to respond.

Went to the shop to pick up an online purchase (jumper) which looked very good online.
When I collected it, I found it was twice as big (a huge size for labelled as small), and the jumper was absolutely covered in wool bobbles- mis representation online as could not see these from the photos. It did not smell fresh. I had already paid for it online so instead of asking for my money back,(as the online the shop does not give refunds!) I exchanged it for something else to avoid yet more stress from the experience.
The phone and shop service was zero. One assistant never looked up from her i pad.
It is a second hand clothes shop but they (the assistants) would like you to think that it was a high end fashion shop, but without any customer service, niceities or wanting to please the customer.

Poor service!!sent out a damaged Chanel bag. Then when returned had to pay our own postage. Plus on refunding money took postage off their end. Total disgraceful.
No refunds for online purchases
Don’t buy from them they no longer offer refunds for online purchases… which is illegal under the consumer contracts regulations 2013!
Altogether a first class service

Thank you all

One great member of staff
There was a bit of a muddle about a bag I took in for authentication. I had to chase quite a bit to get it back. There is one lovely girl here, Jasmine, who appears to hold the whole act together! But I would use again.
The experience of shopping with SOTT is…
The experience of shopping with SOTT is excellent. It is great to be able to shop designer - whether preloved or store fresh and be able to trust the the items are authentic whilst paying a fair and reasonable price. Their customer service is excellent and they also do a great sale 😉
It was an odd experience
It was an odd experience. I chose to try and sell my items via SOTT due to them having long standing history in luxury sales in Chelsea. Well items were not sold. Communication was ok (but only via WhatsApp), as soon as I got hold of Sam on WhatsApp it was smooth run. My items were not photographed lets say in the best way, which I pointed out and we took 1 dress of the sale as it looked awful on model, not all dresses size L should be photographed on plus size model as dress is meant to be oversized not squeezed in. Photos were not inviting for buyers to purchase. I believe that's the reason why my items were not sold. When I came to pick up remaining 2 unsold dresses in their shop I should have checked the items then and there but you know what I felt my presence was not welcome, I felt so uncomfortable in the shop I rushed out. All I am going to say Ladies please check your items. I left my white dress in dustbag to make sure it stays clean (new with tag) and I received it bag dirty like it would have been used to wipe a floor. It's clear to say I won't buy or sell from SOTT. So sad as I love re-sell shops, vintage clothing.

I recently listed my prada bag with sign of the times, there service is shocking, they give no updates, they didn’t list my bag for months (they put the price down the longer they have it) I kept refreshing the website for ages, I had to chase them for updates, and kept asking questions, they are dodgey I get more updates when I sell a £5 t shirt on vinted, when the bag finally sold they did not update me at all I kept contacting them and then they were like oh your bag sold and we don’t have a system that updates you, it’s bull shit honestly, don’t sell your expensive items with them there’s no communication what so ever they make money by doing under the bare minimum
No refund
The company wouldn’t give me a refund when I returned something brand new. If I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered. I begged and pleaded to no avail.
Amazing staff & product selection
Amazing product selection, beautiful shop and the staff is so insightful and nice! I had a wonderful time and will always come back for sure !!!

Very helpful staff and great customer service. I enjoyed browsing and the array of sizes and styles was extensive. A treasure trove.
Do not give them any new items
Do not give them any new items. They took my brand new in original packaging bags, offered 10% of what they were worth and then returned them to me in used condition. Would not compensate at all and are absolutely untrustworthy. Extremely shady retailer
