Worth way more than I'm paying

I have used SignNow since 2012 when I manage rentals (ugh!) and had loads of paper forms to juggle. SignNow was a game changer and even now that I handle less forms in my new business, I still use SignNow for any digital documents that need to be completed and signed.

Good on computer not so good from phone

I was sent a link by an organisation and when I followed it on my mobile, I was led to sign up for a free trial, automatically billing after 7 days. Annoying because I would have to remember to cancel it to avoid being charged. I tried again on my computer and was offered the option of 'guest signing' which I did without problems. Maybe there was some way of doing the same on my iphone, but it wasn't obvious.

Hi there and apologies for the confusion incurred!
The flow for guest signers is pretty much the same on desktop and mobiles, correct. If you click the emailed link on a phone or tablet, there are always two options: a) sign in signNow app; b) sign in a mobile browser (whatever you already have on your device).
You can always choose between the two.
Hope this helps!

The software works well but don't use PayPal to pay for it

The software works well. The pricing is a good price for this product. I recently had an issue where I tried to update my paypal payment to continue my subscription, but their interface does not let you update any payment methods or change from paypal to credit card. DO NOT USE PAYPAL to pay for this service. The only way for me to pay is to cancel the current subscription and pay at the new higher rated plan. 04/08-This response from SignNow shows they don't understand just like all the service reps I talked to. It's not about changing the card in Paypal. Paypal lets you cancel autopayments but it doesn't let you relink them on the Paypal side. Other companies allow you to relink to Paypal from their website's payment settings. The workaround they suggest is not a workaround to the problem.

Hi there and many thanks for your feedback!
The flow you are describing indeed works like that, correct.
There is one workaround though: you can also change the card linked to your PayPal account. Then future payments will go through the same PayPal but to your new card.
