I never received the meds
I never received my medication, the box delivered was empty. I was informed it was packed ,cctv apparently was reviewed. How is it possible to review a pharmacist actually packing my medication amongst all the other medications. The envelope was not tampered with on delivery, neither was the box the tablets should have been in. The box was taped on both sides , with the same tape, same width on both sides. I find your response questionable. Im now being made to pay again for more medication and I have a procedure on Thursday when the meds are needed.

We would like to confirm that as soon as we were made aware of your concerns, we carried out a thorough investigation. This included reviewing our dispensing records, internal systems, CCTV footage of the dispensing and packing process, and the courier's proof of delivery. Based on our findings, we can confirm that the medication was dispensed and packed correctly before being dispatched, and the proof of delivery shows that the parcel arrived intact with no visible signs of damage or tampering.
We appreciate that this outcome is understandably disappointing and may not answer all of the questions you have. However, we have thoroughly investigated the matter using all of the information available to us and found no evidence to suggest that there was an error during the dispensing or packing process.
At Signature Pharmacy, patient safety and the accurate dispensing of medication are our highest priorities. Every concern raised is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly to ensure the correct procedures have been followed.

Great that they delivered to my home address next day, unfortunately the label on the packet said take 1 24 times a day Instead of take 1 2 to 4 times a day! Also said 12 tablets were in the box when there was only 10!

Your team is the bright spot; everyone tried hard to resolve the situation and was hugely personal. I appreciate that you don't overscript the team. I have been a customer of Signature Pharmacy for a while and have always had a positive experience, but today I was genuinely amazed by the kindness and support I received from one particular member of staff, Mr Osaid Kattan.
He was incredibly empathetic and went above and beyond to help me with something that meant a great deal to me personally. What stood out most was how genuine his efforts were. He didn’t simply do what was expected of him; he really tried to understand my situation and did everything he could to help.
It honestly meant so much to see someone genuinely care and make such an effort. His kindness, patience and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference to my day, and I left feeling incredibly grateful.
