Worst experience ever.

Preordered a game from Signature Edition Games and it was supposedly shipped at the end of November. Checking the tracking number provided and it kept saying waiting for package from merchant. Fast forward to January and still no package. I've sent multiple emails and all they could tell me was that there was a delay and they couldn't refund me. It took me opening up a PayPal case which somehow coincidentally the package shows up in tracking but was too late by then. Here it is now in March and I still haven't received my refund despite refusing the severely late delivery and getting no response from Signature Edition Games in the PayPal case. Do yourself a favor and never order from these guys as you will never receive the item and have to jump through hoops just to hopefully get refunded.

Hidden cancellation fees

I pre-ordered a game and found it cheaper elsewhere, so I cancelled within 12 hours. When I cancelled the order, they said a cancellation fee applies (for a game that hasn't even been released!). There is no mention of this in the refund section. They gave me a partial refund, but withheld even more money than they said they would. I have also sent them an email which shows their own cancellation policy, with no mention of cancellation fees, so they stopped responding. Do yourself a favour and do not buy here - you will find it cheaper elsewhere and they will not offer a full refund, even if the game doesn't physically exist yet!

Crushed expectations

Full of expectations, I pre ordered The Alex kidd for ps4. 9th of April.
Delivery whas intended for end of June. We are now 4 week later, still nothing. Also verry poor service en customer communication. Asap... They type it in mail ( if you ever get one) But reality is brutally slow. Don't buy here, it's a bad company. Booh!!
Eventually received with huge delay

😐Neutral experience

I pre-ordered the 🔵Switch🔴 version of 'Alex Kidd: Miracle World' but after a few delays, I sent two e-mails to cancel my Order as they themselves say you can on their own website. After two e-mails to them, I was eventually refunded.
