Bad support

Great Site for copying forex trades

Easy to use
Great customer service
Excellent functionalities; however there is a need to add the functionality of closing all trades (and not just stop opening trades) when a specific DD is reached

Ridiculous being blocked without any reason

During in the middle of copy trading, suddenly got blocked of all signalstart pages. Could not see my membership page/signal page/billing page, etc...
And I still have copy positions opening and trades undergoing!! Very unreliable!!

I SPENT ON 4 SIGNAL AND 2 SERVICE CHARGE

I SPENT 4 SIGNAL AND 2 SERVICE CHARGE. NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AT ALL. IF WE HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND IF ONE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. YOU CANNOT ADD ANOTHER ACC TO THE SIGNAL. HAVE TO EMAIL THEM TO GET IT ADDED. ONCE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ADD. AS WE ARE USING PROP FIRM DEMO ACC, WE HAVE TO CHANGE AS AND WHEN IF WE FAILED. SO UPON ASKING FOR REFUND FOR THE UNUSED PERIOD, SUDDENLY THEY ARE ABLE TO ADD IN MY ACCOUNT. BY THEN I HAVE DELETED THAT ACCOUNT. SO IF IM GOING TO CREATE A NEW MT4 ACCOUNT AND GONA ADD, IT WILL PROMPT ME.TO PAY AGAIN. HENCE I HAVE STOPPED EVERYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. BUT I STILL HAVE MY SUBSCRIPTION GOING ON WHICH IS A WASTE. BY THE WAY THE SIGNAL ARE NOT THAT GREAT TOO FOR THE AMOUNT CHARGED.

Very poor option for manage risk

I propose considering the introduction of a "stop copying" or "stop and close all trades" option if a custom balance or drawdown level is reached. The current options only stop at not opening new orders. If we stop only at this option, it poses a risk if the price goes in the wrong direction, leading to heavier losses. Therefore, providing an option to close all trades and stop copying is necessary.

I have been using SignalStart for just over two months

I have been using SignalStart for just over 2 months now. And I am very happy with the service provided so far. I would agree that you really do have to choose your signal wisely.
Just because a signal is ranking no.1 doesn't mean it is the most reliable or consistent strategy. You need to study the win ratio, the drawdown, length of trade etc, to see whether it matches your appetite for risk. If you do this thoroughly and start small, I think you will be more than happy with the results. I have been dabbling in forex trading for about 10 years now and this is the first truly consistent site I have found. But choose your signal wisely!

I've checked your account and I see that you did not purchase any signal subscriptions to copy trades, you've only paid the follower account service fee.
To copy trades you need to subscribe to a signal provider of your choice that is a separate fee.

Not reliable signal copier

Not reliable signal copier. My account is active and they took regular subscription amount for my account. It stopped copying trades from 08-Dec-2023. There was no email and nothing. There are lot of technical glitches. There is no support.

Reply to SignalStart: It is a joke, there is no live chat option in your website, Contact us takes to form submission where you will come back with an irresponsible answer whenever you like.

Fake signal

Explain this to me, yesterday 02/11/2023 it had a DD of over 59% and today 03/11/2023 the DD is 12.4%. .how is this possible?

Loss

Signalstart was shutdown for 2 days. I was expecting that trading is still managed. However later found that my trades were closed 2 days late resulting in loss of -3157$ ! So signal provider made a profit however due to platform shutdown I have lost almost 30% of my deposit.

After learning the complete situation, the cause of the issue was a fire that started in the data center used by our hosting provider in NY (Operated by Evocative), which was immediately extinguished and during which power was maintained through a failsafe UPS systems. However, per their regulation, a fire marshal inspected the site and unfortunately decided to shut it completely down until the site meets the marshal's requirements. Initially, our hosting provider (Kamatera) has estimated this issue to have a minor to none impact, but as the time passed by, so is the ETA to turn the site back up - Given the significant volume of data to be restored and the relocation of services to a different data center, the restoration process typically requires a minimum of 48 hours.

The team have promptly initiated the implementation of our business continuity plan. However, due to the significant volume of data involved, this process is inherently time-consuming.

I would like to point out that we have never experienced such an outage before since the data center itself has multiple contingencies (which now is clearly insufficient).
We are already working on a solution to handle such extreme failures in the future.
Please note it is normal if you experience some website errors while our checkup is completed.
As a token of appreciation for your patience and cooperation during this process, we can offer you an extension of 3 months of service for all of your accounts (please contact us by mail in that regard at support@signalstart.com).

Website was down for 2 days

Website was down for 2 days. I pay subscription fee for 2 signals + the monthly signalstart fee. The system i copy does not trade regularly. Now the system made around 6,65% while the website was down. That would mean a 8% gain for me (1,2 multiplier) which would equal around 160 euros of missed profit. How is Signalstart going to compensate this?

*UPDATE I have been compensated for the promised 3 months, this is still however not close to the amount I missed but it is fine for now. I have adjusted my review and would like to thank Signalstart for solving this matter.*

Useless website

Useless website, i.m paying subscription + copy trading fee (which signalstart takes 30% off ) and their website is down for 12 hours and counting, no updates, no replies to mails, no nothing. What a horrendous way to treat clients.
