A Masterclass in Administrative FAILURE!
A Masterclass in Administrative Failure:
I am currently writing this from your office, as it appears the only way to garner a response from this "establishment" is to physically haunt the premises.
My experience with your firm over a simple signboard has been nothing short of pathetic. Dealing with your representative, Nisha, has been an exercise in futility. Not only was the initial project delayed by a week due to sheer inertia, but I was then subjected to the amateurish excuse of "New Financial Year" rate hikes mid-transaction—a transparent attempt to mask internal disorganization with petty price gouging.
To make matters worse, attempting to discuss technical specifications for the lettering was like speaking into a void. It is genuinely alarming that a company in the signage industry employs individuals who lack a foundational understanding of basic typography and design requirements.
The highlights of this circus include:
• The "Vanishing Act": After I requested a refund (which was verbally confirmed by Nisha over a week ago), your communication vanished.
• Childish Evasion: I attempted to reach your secondary official line, only to be blocked by the operator. Blocking a client who is seeking a promised refund is the hallmark of a failing, fly-by-night operation, not a reputable business.
• Total Ghosting: Nisha and Vishska Chawan has now retreated into total silence, ignoring both calls and messages.
If your management possesses even a shred of professional ego or basic competence, someone will face me directly and resolve this immediately.
If you lack the infrastructure to manage a small signboard and a simple refund, perhaps you should reconsider whether you are fit to operate in this industry at all.
