Great Service.
Bought a new saddle from Sigma.
Whilst priced slightly higher than other outlets. Their reputation is what made me purchase. Other stores appear to be drop ship or take forever to deliver.
As well as their good rep. I called and spoke to someone called Emi/Emmy.
She was patient and knew about the product I was interested in. Offered sound advice as well as suggesting alternatives.
Her kindness, non judgemental and non pushy approach added to my experience. I would like Sigma to recognise her for her fantastic service.
The saddle arrived well packaged and by the next day.
Fitted to my bike and have been out for a spin. It is perfect. Anyone looking for a saddle I can highly recommend the Selle Italia SLR Boost Superflow Ti316.
I will also be back for future purchases based on the success of this one.
Okay. It was just a saddle.. but, it isn't is it??
Of all the bells and whistles for bikes these days. You have to be comfortable on a ride!

Friendly service for a simple problem
I visited whilst out riding on Sunday morning and a puncture in my tubeless rear tyre had caused sealant loss and was leaking air. Bought 60ml sealant and borrowed a track pump. Nothing spectacular at all in that, except the warm welcome, willingness to help and a friendly refuge on a rainy Sunday morning. A fantastic local bike shop.

Amazing service
