Doesn't work, no response to emails

I paid $19.99 for a subscription to siftbooks. The website is terrible and not at all helpful. They don't have an app, just tells you to download the mobile.com website and add it to your home screen. I did that but it would not let me login. I sent multiple emails and never got a response. I went through FAQs and tried everything to get it to work. Finally ended up canceling my subscription but wasn't able to get a refund either. I am very disappointed. I would have loved to use this and gladly paid the monthly subscription if it would actually work.
