Not their best performance this time.

In the past they have been reliable and I don't know what went wrong from their end. A small but important part of my order seemed to have been overlooked as I contacted them to find out where it was, received a reply saying they would investigate and update, but then nothing - despite being given time and a couple of polite reminders. However, I contacted them yesterday demanding a refund by both email and on their website form. I received an apology and a refund for the item today. I am still upset and unsure if I can trust them in future, but they are at least honest.

Fast and efficient service

I was unsure due to lack of reviews so contacted Juzo who assured me I would be safe to use this company, I ordered replacement items for my compression system and they arrived very quickly, very pleased with the service and the ease of their website... Many Thanks
