Shift got refunded for no reason.

I feel robbed from a good deal that went bad for them (price wise) after taking a long time to process it. The decided to kill the deal single-sidedly. Also I get asked in a thirt-party chat what the refund address would be. Man in the middle anyone? Total shiftshow.

Update: they're keeping my coin for 3 days for b*llshit reasons. Fine for peanuts amounts, not for grown up amounts.

Works as intended, there are a lot of trading pairs and rates are ok.

I had a transaction that went a little bit slow so I contacted the support on the same website and they responded within 10 minutes, which is more than reasonable.

My experience using SideShift.ai is great.
I'm using more than others options cuz is cheap and fast.
I think my first time using was from SOL to EVM, a couple times, others I have sent from EVM(matic) to ATOM, but as a normal web3 user I made a mistake here and there, I sent wrong from SUI, ATOM (without memo) but they helped me in less than 5min. 2 time ty Trish!

Recently I used sideshift for swapping my usdc into usdt but mistakenly I have sended wrong version of usdc but after reaching the customer service. They refunded all my funds safely :).

Due to the current network problems i was affraid for a second that my exchange didn't went through, then i got a error message and i felt a little panic inside of me because i needed eth to test my dapp that i'm currently working on. so i wrote in the chatbox and seeing that it might take hours to get a reply worsened it for me.
BUT not even after 1 minute Trish replied! :)
she checked it out and in less than 5 minutes i had the eth in my wallet.
needless to say, i'm more than pleased with the service! i'll definitely be back very soon!
