Hi, sorry to hear you're having issues with your delivery. As you can see from the tracking we sent out your order the same morning that you ordered. As to why DPD haven't delivered yet is out of our control but you should have come to us direct first to try and rectify the problem. We'll investigate the issue first thing Monday morning and try and get this sorted for you.

The description of the product didn’t mention what series it was, so the toy was much smaller than expected, and the delivery was slow. But other than that a decent service.

As for the size it does state that the figure is 2.5 inches in size within the product description, maybe we could try to highlight this specification a little more clearly. As for the speed of delivery, it was slower than we'd expect from Evri but still did arrive in the stated delivery window. Purchased the latest Super Mario Bros. movie pullback karts from Sidequest TGC. Customer service was amazing and with free delivery, they were best for price. Finally, stock levels were brilliant unlike a lot of competitors.
