After reviewing the order, we can see the initial sourced pair unfortunately did not pass authentication checks, meaning a replacement pair had to be sourced. The order was subsequently shipped shortly afterwards.

Stock not updated. Orders cancelled

Found a pair of cargo khaki Air Max Plus in my size. Really hard to find at a reasonable price so I was excited to get them. Only to find out order got cancelled and seller no longer had item or didn't want to sell for that price considering all other sizes were a lot more. Either way the website isn't kept up to date so won't be using again. No point if orders just get cancelled. Disappointed is an understatement

customer service was entirely helpful

customer service was entirely helpful, my order was running a little late due to courier delays. However she solved the problem and also gave me a small amount of store credit to satisfy me due to the delay. i recommend Side Kicks to everyone.

Customs charges refunded.

Bought a pair of football boots to be shipped to India. FedEx required us to pay a customs duty for clearance. Paid the amount and reached out to sidekicks customer care. Samantha Greene was quick to reply and the refund was credited within the day. Thank you for the prompt service. Builds trust.

would strongly advise others to avoid this company based on my recent experience.

I purchased a pair of trainers after eventually getting them returned they were sent back they arrived with a mark and issues with the packaging. The item was never worn and remained in the exact same condition as when I received it. Despite this, the company refused to accept a return, claiming they could not verify the condition or authenticity after delivery.

I raised this with my bank (Monzo), who reviewed the photo evidence and agreed the trainers had not been worn. A chargeback was successfully processed in my favour.

Since then, the company has continued to demand payment and has made unnecessary threats of legal action, despite the matter already being resolved through the bank.

I have also made it clear that I still have the trainers, unused, and am willing to return them if they provide a return label — which they have not done.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and stressful experience due to poor customer service, refusal to reasonably resolve the issue, and continued pressure after a formal

Placed an order on the 7th April still…

Placed an order on the 7th April still awaiting shoes, tried emailing but wouldn't send and the telephone number is unobtainable.

After writing a review on here sidekicks contacted me and my shoes were delivered a few days later. Love the shoes and happy with the communication following initial review.

Caution Advised

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from Sidekicks.

I returned a pair of trainers within their returns policy in January, with courier tracking confirming delivery on 29 January. Despite this, no refund was issued.

Instead, I was sent a second pair of trainers in error. I contacted them immediately and returned this item as instructed. They then claimed the trainers were “worn” and the box damaged, which is completely untrue. The item was returned in the same condition it was received, and any minor marks or packaging damage were already present.

After raising a chargeback with my bank, the case was found in my favour.

Following this, they have continued to send payment demands and threats of legal action.

Very poor customer service, lack of accountability, and an extremely stressful experience over what should have been a straightforward return and refund.

Although there was a slight delay with…

Although there was a slight delay with my daughter’s trainers and I was initially charged incorrectly by the courier, I have to say the overall experience was excellent.
Customer service was outstanding—Samantha in particular was fantastic. Communication was very fast, clear, and helpful, and the issue was resolved quickly with a full reimbursement.
Most importantly, my daughter is absolutely over the moon with her basketball shoes, which made it all worthwhile. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend!

I am not satisfied with my experience…

I am not satisfied with my experience and do not consider this a serious company. I would advise others to be cautious before buying from them.

The trainers arrived as expected, but the size was wrong.

The return process was very problematic. It required approval and a 10% return fee. I sent the package to the address they provided (a private residence), but it was never collected despite two notifications and was returned to me. I then had to pay again to pick it up.

After that, they claimed the return period had expired and refused the return, also stating I sent it to the wrong address—even though I followed their instructions and have proof via receipt and tracking.

Overall, the product was fine, but the return handling is very unprofessional.

Received my sons trainers found to be a small hole in material on top of the trainers , still waiting on a reply from sidekicks to see what action they are going to take we paid £260 for these for my son birthday and he loved them till we noticed the defect
I would like for this to be rectified quickly so hoping this review will be seen so my email can be looked at

I made an order on the 15th of march

I made an order on the 15th of march, date is currently 6th of april, and haven’t received anything. After going back and forth on email it feels as if im being led on.

Ive emailed countless times about this order, and have only been told theres delay with the courier to the authentication team multiple times, they then told me it arrived with the authentication team, however there was no update after that and so i emailed again, where i was then told AGAIN that it is still on its way to the authentication team.

After multiple more emails all i am told is that they are working with the courier to get it to the authentication team and i will be emailed once its shipped to me. As stated before i made my order on the 15th of march and this is ongoing on the 6th April.

Their phone number doesn’t receive calls after multiple attempts from different phones. This whole experience has been more than distasteful.

I even asked for a form of compensation and was told i will be credited £10 off my next order😂 however when i went to check if this is true, no credits. Not to mention £10 off my next order after this experience is almost comedic.

Most definitely wouldn’t order from here again and would love to see how they can work with me to amend this. However how its been going would take a lot
