I ordered my coat on the 6th of December 2020 , still have not received it ,I have emailed the 3 Times and have no reply ,I have had no correspondence from them at all, its still says awaiting shipment, I payed with my bankers card also, who can I report them to ,as 5hey are a SCAM

I have also purchased 3 coats from Sidegem website on the 6th of January and paid with my credit card. Emailed them but never got any reply. My order still awaiting shipment. They are scammers so I have just reported them to Better Business Bureau, to Federal Trade Commission, also to the website called Pissed Consumer, and to the Facebook. I will also contact my bank to claim my money back!!!! They should not get away with it!!!!

I ordered a parka on Jan 5th and it is still awaiting shipment status. I have sent emails to three different emails listed here and on their website. I have messaged them on Facebook, and STILL NO REPLY.
THIS MUST BE A SCAM and I am going to report them on Facebook and to the authorities and better business bureau as a online fraudulent scam.🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order December 19th. Still says awaiting shipment. No response to any emails I’ve sent. Contacting bank in the morning to have transaction reversed. And posting a bad review for them on fb!!! Cuz that’s where I got the ad from!!

Yes i believe its a scam i order a jacket on December 26 and still have not recieved i tried emailing and everything with no reply im going to call my bank and report the site as fraud just to let everyone know if you call your bank they will make a claim and your receive your money back this site is a scam my order as been waiting shipment for weeks now

I ordered a pair of boots and a coat before Xmas and still haven't received it. Sent numerous emails and no reply to any of them. Definitely a SCAM !!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!! I'm a single mother of 4 and work hard for my money and now I'm out over $60 not to mention without winter boots and a winter coat and I live in Canada. I take this to be a false site as ordered a coat 07/12/20 and herd nothing, my order says still awaiting shipment. I have tried emailing them 3 times and nothing back. So please don't fall into trap like I did and make a payment

So I ordered my daughter 2 coats, boots and a necklace on Dec 19th. Here it is January 5th 2021 and still nothing. I have sent numerous of emails and they purposely have no number because they really would hear the chew outs. They are definitely SCAMMERS and done robbed more than enough people of out there money which is definitely no fair. I was looking forward for these items to give to my daughter and I have nothing. There has to be someway to make them Pay for poor services all thee way around the board. I want my money back!!!!! Whoever is behind this shall pay. God don’t like ugly.

Doesn't even deserve the 1* as the items never get shipped. They happily take your money but don’t answer emails, or Facebook messages. I’m going to try my hardest to get my money back! So very unhappy. Please avoid these. It’s a SCAM

I ordered from sidegem December 12th they still have not sent my order! I have written to them several times they never replied to my email they are fraudsters

This company is a SCAM. Do NOT order anything from them. I ordered my item on the 17th of December. It still has yet to be shipped and they took the payment off my credit card. I have emailed them numerous times without any replies.

I ordered a coat on the 27th December wrote them an email saying we're is my item still nothing it ain't even been shipped I rang my bank and they told me to wait 14 days why wait 14 days plus it was darkcute.com I got the email of saying payment successful but when I clicked on the email to look at order said sidegem I want my money back as they scamming robbing ba**@*rd* don't buy

Since I ve paid with a credit card but I think is a scam, is there any way to have a refound?

Unfortunately I have the same problem with them. ordered 3 jackets on the 8th of December and payed extra for fast shipping (7-10 working days) and also wrote them 2 emails and nobody got back at me yet and the shipping status is still "awaiting shipment, your order will be shipped out asap"....

I bought a jacket on the 11th of december, 5 days later i try to write to them, asking how long they expect before my jacket gets shipped off, the order said delivery between 8-10 business days, now 10 days have past, and they haven't answered me, my jacket has still not shipped from them to me.... so now I have written to them again, but i do believe this is a scam company!
