Free returns, but you have to contact customersupport in french to get it
It is the manufacturer's own website, and they promise free returns/exchanges in an EU country.
I therefore dared to buy 5 different pairs of soles.
Everything looked fine :-)
Money was only withdrawn upon dispatch.
DHL delivered the package to me after a few days.
The soles were fine.
- until then sidas.com was 4 or 5 stars.
Today I wanted to create a Return because 4 of the soles did not fit my feet. It was not possible! Got this error over and over again:
"Sorry, there are no suitable shipping methods available."
Their customer service is not responding to the complaint about this or the general product question they received several days ago.
Update!
They finally answered me, when I wrote i french! I received a Return-label, and today I got my money. Therefore now 2 stars :-)
More Update!
Since then I have bought again - and had to return the same way (Wrote in french).
I have also complained about a pair of soles with a photo of the defect, and received a new set of soles without having to return the defective ones.
I think they are worth 3 stars. But you will need Google Translate or something like that!
