Kept me informed along the way and very professional

I went on a two week holiday about two years ago to Egypt with my friend. All started off very well and we was both enjoying the weather and just our time in general. 8 days in to our holiday I came down with severe food poisoning which left me bed bound for the rest of the holiday. I had all my meals brought to the room, that's once I could eat again. I was put on multiple tablets, put on a drip and also had to have a painful injection. Once I got back from holiday i was feeling really annoyed that I had paid out so much money to go away and felt like I hadn't even had a holiday. So I got on to sick holidays. It took about a year and half but they got me all my holiday money that I spent back and an extra £300 on top!! They kept me updated all the time of the case and was very friendly. Defiantly worth the time. If I would ever be misfortunate again I would one hundred percent get on to sick holidays!! Thanks so much

Dealt with my case fast

I contacted sick holiday by telephone over my holiday in Turkey. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful, sympathetic and explained what would happen. She took all the details and I was kept informed throughout the process. The solicitor was very prompt. They sent me several letters with reference to my claim. The whole time I felt relaxed and that sickholiday were very professional and so easy to talk to. I can only say that they were a pleasure to deal with and that nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them definitely.

They say 6 months to complete a claim but they go ages without contacting you and then request information you already provided. Two years later no closer to a yes or no.
