My daughter booked and paid for in full for this company and also his wife's company to do the flowers and photography, due to having her wedding cancelled due to the pandemic when they first picked the date she tried to do everything in a timely manner for a perfect day here in the u.k. this time.
After attempting to contact the couple (shutterlove & trulyscrumptiousweddings) on several occasions with no reply she decided to take a closer look into this duo and was horrified at the heart breaking feedback which included the BBC ROGUE TRADERS, so she decided to cancel and request a full refund - then they replied telling my daughter that they will not be refunding any of the £890 that she paid. "REALLY" This matter is now in legal hands. Take care to really investigate companies to save a whole lot of upset and heartbreak, with this couple I would definitely avoid at all costs.
Both of these husband and wife companies can be found on facebook but you cannot visibly write anything publicly which leaves both companies looking absolutely fantastic. I dont know how they sleep at night.
