Delicious food and great customer service that was kind and responsive

I ordered some food for my daughter’s birthday to make her day but this company delivered it to wrong person and address. When I contacted with them through their website and email address, nobody get back to me after 2 weeks. Imagine how disappointed was me and my daughter not to get delivered the food. There is not any telephone number to get through and speak to either. We were happy with the quality of food so far but delivery service and customer service is very poor xxx

Everything was perfect but the order was confused as I ordered Aubergine &Split Pea Stew but I received Smoked Aubergine & Tomatoe Dip.

Great taste and good selection. However the packaging needs improving. Two items were defrosted and had to be consumed immediately

Love these meals - very easy to order take delivery and do so regularly. Also love the frozen barbari bread.
On one occasion received incorrect order.
Portion size slightly small for me would be the only feedback - but fine if you add rice/sides.

I put in a big order , knowing that ofcourse I shouldn't expect it to taste like home made food but was expecting a good quality taste food but I literally had to bin most of my order as the lamb meat used in nearly every dish had fatty bits and unedible ! And the smell was not nice at all , sorry to say but all food tasted like I was eating an actual sheep . A nice diced quality beef or lamb should be used but all the meat used was veryyyy chewy and just not nice , foe example the ghormesabzi was all full of that chewy meat and hardly any actual ghormesabzi in the container . The only thing I loved was , ash and soupe jo , everything else unfortunately had to be binned due to bad meat . I would love to see nice marinated chicken or other nice non smell chewy meat to be used and would 100% order again ! As the packaging and delivery was amazing .

Not very tasty food. Lacking in flavourband substance.

Very nice food, fresh, good value

On the whole a good experience.

Except the minced lamb kebabs. They wouldn’t stick to the skewers for bbqing/cooking

Also the miza gazemi was watery.

Everything else was delicious

Great selection of delicious food, generous portions delivery promptly still frozen in chilled packaging.

I have had a few orders from Shuro Shirin and the quality is exceptional and very authentic. Delivery is also spot on and the packaging can be sent back for recycling. Can't fault them at all

Packaging was excellent. Food was amazing. A bit expensive.

for the last two times my orders have been either completely sent wrongly or some of them weren't sent to me. and when I connect you, I don't get any reply.

I am pleased that I found this site on the net and it is one of a kind source which delivers the items very carefully packed to avoid defrosting while in transit.
My orders were still frozen when delivered and I put them all in the freezer straight away.

My partner says that your food is not quite as good as his mother's home cooked Persian meals but it's not far off her high standard! We love it all and will be ordering regularly from now on.
