Great customer service experience! I decided to go with Shurgard from the moment I spoke with a member of their staff. The staff on site at Gloucester were also patient, supportive, and very helpful in their explanations. The access to and out of the storage space using the app was also seamless, with no issues at all. I will recommend Shurgard again and again.

Very happy with the service I received from Billy today.

Easy access, lots of different sizes to choose, and staff will help to clarify any doubts. We moved 2 times storage size in the last year, as we needed to downsize. All good and very happy with costumer service.

Whether it was sorting out access or answering questions, they went the extra mile. I’m truly grateful for their service and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Very efficient

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and staff have been warm and friendly to deal with.
Lock-up is clean and well lit, and the ease of use of the app to gain entry/exit has been easy, I would definitely recommend Shurgard, Gloucster to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced and excellent storage facility!

Access is much easier now, the extended opening times and App makes for a much better experience, with excellent guidance and service available from the front office.
Can't fault it. If you are looking for storage strongly recommend Shurgaurd.

First point...I never bother writing reviews!
However...I called in on the off chance to talk about the options for a short term storage space at the Gloucester facility..
Price and options were far better than I thought. Served by an Irish guy (Billy?) - he was delightful. To be honest, Self-Storage isn't very sexy, but he was excellent - no pressure sales rubbish. Well done.

The team at Gloucester has been amazing, they have been very helpful since day one, and, after losing they keys to my padlock within the first week of having the storage, they went above and beyond to be as helpful and as quick as possible to help me resolve that issue.
And I’m very grateful to them.
