I’ve rented a lock-up here for the past three years, I have to say the team made the entire experience fantastic. Gervais, Billy, and Frank have been consistently helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether it was sorting out access or answering questions, they went the extra mile. I’m truly grateful for their service and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Very efficient

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and staff have been warm and friendly to deal with.
Lock-up is clean and well lit, and the ease of use of the app to gain entry/exit has been easy, I would definitely recommend Shurgard, Gloucster to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced and excellent storage facility!

Access is much easier now, the extended opening times and App makes for a much better experience, with excellent guidance and service available from the front office.
Can't fault it. If you are looking for storage strongly recommend Shurgaurd.

First point...I never bother writing reviews!
However...I called in on the off chance to talk about the options for a short term storage space at the Gloucester facility..
Price and options were far better than I thought. Served by an Irish guy (Billy?) - he was delightful. To be honest, Self-Storage isn't very sexy, but he was excellent - no pressure sales rubbish. Well done.

The team at Gloucester has been amazing, they have been very helpful since day one, and, after losing they keys to my padlock within the first week of having the storage, they went above and beyond to be as helpful and as quick as possible to help me resolve that issue.
And I’m very grateful to them.

Very helpful staff on site. Easy to use website to do the initial booking to use the store facility. Easy access to site, plenty of trolleys to use, good large service lifts. Opening hours are ok, just need to build my timing around them to access the facility.

Really friendly helpful staff (Billy!). Willing to show us different sized units and explained what would work best for us. Showed us the actual unit we would be able to rent to see if it would be suitable. Billy was very informative throughout and answered all our questions as well as giving information that we didn’t even think to ask! Even offered us an hot drink while we waiting to fill forms out. Nothing felt too much of an ask either. Everyone has been a friendly face when signing in and out.

Easy website to use. Cheap for short or longer term storage. secure, well lit, friendly & helpful staff. Wide hallways, big lifts to upstairs, wide doors into lockers, many different sizes available. Abit restricted on opening times, BUT i like that its an always manned site.. Will defo use again, and recommend to my customers
