Wiring hanging out of the ceiling in corridors, lift faulty, no communication that the lift was faulty, unhelpful assistant manager, generally a substandard and unacceptable service. Would recommend you go elsewhere

What a great company

What a great company! I felt very looked after. Carmen of the Portchester branch was especially lovely, calming and helpful, guided me through the whole thing. 10/10.

All brilliant

The process of reserving and renting a space online was smooth and effortless.
Moving in and app activation all straightforward.
Even received a courtesy call from Carmen(fantastic!) at the Fareham depot, to check in and make sure everything was okay and the space I had was adequate.
All in all, a fantastic service, facility, unit and customer service faultless.

Exceptional Service. Highly recommended.

Carmen was exceptionally helpful. From the warm welcome to showing me around the unit, the size of the storage lockers and how the whole process works. She clearly explained the contract details and nothing was too much trouble. Any questions answered clearly and concisely. A wonderful customer experience. I would highly recommend Shurgard Fareham.
