The storage unit and the whole building…
The storage unit and the whole building are very clean, including doors and unit gates.
The building is oversecured with technology and cameras.
I do not like the fact that I have to download the app. Without the app you can't get in the building and neither true the second door or the elevator. If you decide to give someone access to your storage. They have to use your email address.
I suggest that Shurgard change this and add the emergency contact info and email to the file.

Expensive, humid and stinky basement, office permanently closed,
rubbish on the floor, that I needed to clean up before I could pass by with my stuff.
All in all: a really bad experience

Fast, convenient and affordable service. The location was also very convenient. The only issue is people have developed a habit of parking in front of the gates always blocking one or two gates and creating inconvenience. Shurgard should systematically call the police to tow away any car parked in front of the gate in order to prevent people from continuing that habit.
