I ordered a 49er egg on 2-11 and never received it. the tracking number is 14687642420508624690 and order number is 34354S26296. It apparently is in Denver since 3-11. If I am not ever going to receive it I want my money back NOW!!!!

Loved the creative design and handy tip variety but smoother ink flow would enhance the drawing experience.

The parcel travels for almost 3 months (since December 7, 2024) and it can't reach me to Poland. They can't even name the courier company they allegedly sent the parcel with. It looks like artificial intelligence is responding to emails because the replies (entire sentences) are repeated.
Stay away from them !!!

I ordered two candles 12/12-24. I have received nothing. And I don't get my money back. So tomorrow I will have to go to the police and make a complaint.

Scam. I ordered mug in december, still not have it. I urged it 5x times. Still promises to wait. Package is tracked on tracking-hub.com but status not changed in 5 weeks. Probably false page too.

I placed an order with Shuhere in December of last year (Alien’s mug), and it has been a complete disaster. The package was lost, and the seller refuses to refund my money. Despite numerous promises to resend the item, nothing has been shipped. Their customer service is unresponsive and unreliable. Avoid this company if you value your time and money. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered a MotoGP 2025 Wall Calendar.

After waiting 28 days, I received a very small package with some small boxes with an F1 printed calendar on them. Not the item I ordered at all.They have refused to refund or deliver the ordered item and keep saying that they apologize for my dissatisfaction?

It is clear that they are scamming people and don’t give a crap after they withdraw the money. They refuse to make the situation right by giving a refund for the amount, or send the correct item to you.

I see there are multiple people on here complaining about the same issue.

Do not buy from these people!!

The product was lost in shipping. After being promised a replacement, the company instead cancelled the order, with no communication and no refund. There's no way to resolve the problem. Avoid Shuhere and stick with a reliable company or risk losing your money.

I ordered a MotoGP 2025 Wall Calendar.

After waiting for some time, I received a very small package with some small papers with a F1 printed calendar on them. Not the item I ordered at all.

They have withdrawn the full amount from the order, and refuse to refund (or deliver the ordered item). I have to go through PayPal to cancel the payment, which I am still unsure if PayPal can handle.

It is clear that they will ship you any garbage, no matter what you actually ordered, withdraw the money, and refuse to do anything about it (which would be refund the amount, or send the correct item to you).

I bought before Christmas an f1 candle and paid express shipping, in total more than 25 euros. After a month it still did not arrive and the order is marked as unknown. Do not trust this website

Never received the package. Bought the F1 candles for my son for Xmas it never arrived shipping was promised they even said to trust them it was being handled! after I inquired where was my package. Now it just says UNKNOWN no explanation no refund.

Picked up this pen set for a fun project – decent buy for the price. Designs are unique, quality of the ink is fair, although not outstanding. Satisfied overall.
