I have ordered the “original formula” Sebastian hairspray from several places and ALWAYS gotten the new formula without the gold stamp-even though that’s what they advertised. However, SH was the first place to ship the proper product and in a timely fashion!

This is a one stop brush because of the core. It straightens my hair. I’ll never use another brand of brush.

I installed my portable shampoo bowl wrong, the customer service was awesome 👍 it was an easy fix.

I still have not received my product. If I would have known I would have to have been home to sign on receipt I would not have ordered from you. I rescheduled delivery, stayed home for the day and my package was not received. Beyond frustrated. Next time I'll forget the discount and order from Amazon.

I’ve been in the hair industry for 20 years. I’ve used lots of salon equipment and put together allot of equipment myself over the years. I decided to get some new equipment this year and wanted to try this new hairdryer/processor. Taking a leap with the price (was more than I wanted To spend) but I thought it would probably be great quality being a more expensive item. When I received it, the instructions weren’t even in real English, could not understand Anything about them. Made no sense whatsoever! We figured out how to put it together on our own and got it on the wall and I have never seen something more junky in my entire life, it didn’t even work properly. The wall mount that they sent us was terrible and would not work at all with the processor. It was poorly made, cheaply made and definitely not worth the money AT ALL. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I contacted the company by email and they told me they would give me my money back but I had to ship the product back myself. This cost me $125!!! I lost money taking a risk on this piece of junk. I will never buy from this company again,..I should’ve known better.

The end of the hose came off during a wash leaking massive amounts of water on the floor. Very disappointed I'm the quality of the product.

Not sure which location but I drove from Dallas to pick up my bowl and I absolutely love it ! If it had a water heater or something somewhere it would’ve really topped it off . I think I got my money worth though I washed a few heads . Just make sure you have gallons of water near to fill it and a bucket to deep the excessive water out

I cant use the product. It said it was 1 1/4" but it is only 1" opening on the bottom. also $11 shipping seems awfully high.

I recently placed an online order with SH Salons for the very first time. Made me a little nervous since I'd never dealt with them before, but they carried a product in a travel size that's difficult to find.
I received notification that they shipped the products out and charged my card for those items.
My next notification.came.from their carrier, UPS. It gave me a date for anticipated delivery. On the anticipated date I happened to be home sick. The UPS truck pulled into the driveway and was parked for quite some time. After they left I went to bring the product in and there was nothing there! Later that evening I received another message from UPS that it would now be delivered the following day. Nothing happened. When I tried to track it, they were telling me that they couldn't give me current information on the delivery at that time. Very confusing. After a few days I emailed SH Salons and explained the situation. I didn't hear back from them, but almost immediately received notification that my products were being shipped out! I took that to mean they were resending since the problem was with their carrier. Days later I received 2 deliveries! One in the morning and one in the evening. Not hard to figure out which box contained the original products as the box was pretty damaged and the products were rolling all over the box.
Again, no issues with SH Salons, just issues with their carrier! Because they solved the issue and solved it quickly I would definitely order from them again! Happy customer!
