Very helpful staff.

Very good service

I contacted TSC when I was let down by WeShredit (based in Worcertershire but offering a countrywide service) who, after I had advised them that my sacks were ready for collection, advised that they were unable to recruit a driver (!). I live only a few miles from The Shredding Company site and they were happy for me to take my bags to them. Elisha was a model for customer service in general and could not have been more helpful. Easy process and someone to help me unload at the site. I highly recommend them.

Great company, everything came on time and when they said it would. Once all information had been bagged, quick e-mail and collection was booked. Came within the window quoted and collected the confidential papers to shred.

Very good service. Efficient, courteous and very helpful and obliging. I had paid for the bags more than 2 years ago and finally got round to filling all 15 bags. I had expected a hassle trying to get them to collect the bags for shredding due to the length of time. Instead, I had a very good and helpful service and they arranged everything and collected the bags on the day specified.

This company has excellent staff who dropped off bags and pick them up with efficiency and politeness. I did not use all my bags and they offered and paid a refund immediately for the remaining bags. I've used them twice now and they are excellent service as well as the obvious certification is required for privacy and confidentiality.
