Easy to use service at a great price. Shredded Neat sent a pre paid return envelope to send them the hard drives for destruction. Was simple to use and I would use them again.

Shredded Neat responded to my order quickly and sent a prepaid strong envelope for the hard disk drive I wished to have securely and compliantly destroyed.

I dropped off the package at my local post office on 16 October and received the notice of destruction just 4 days' later.

I recently used Shredded Neat to dispose of some old mobile phones and had the most wonderful experience. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly with such a lovely, friendly response from Emma. The bags to send the phones in then arrived very quickly with clear instructions on what to do and within a few days of posting them my certificate of destruction was sent via email. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and hassle free. Shredded Neat provide a personal touch, really care about their customers and are clearly very passionate about giving outstanding customer service. This was my first experience of using Shredded Neat, and it certainly won't be the last! Although it was only a small job (one bag of papers to be shredded), the staff I dealt with - Emma in the office, and Nick who carried out the shredding while I watched - could not have been more helpful and friendly. After speaking to Emma on the phone a couple of times previously, I was able to call in at very short notice when I rang again to get the shredding done - a very quick process, too. Although I have a home shredder, it would have taken me a great deal longer to shred everything (and I would have had to remove all the staples beforehand)!
I was most impressed by the business, which recycles everything, too. I shall look forward to using Shredded Neat again.
