AVOID - they never reply to emails asking for a refund or exchange which is the complete opposite of what they state on their website. They also state to reply to all emails within 24h - also untrue. You have no way of actually speaking to someone s they do not provide a phone number. Cheap plastic tat is all they sell and you will be down £40 for the privilege.

Great service and product

Ordered a shower head that promised to improve water pressure. Head arrived and was extremely poor quality, even had a Chinese label in the box. Head cost £40 and is no more than a £10 TEMU one re-boxed and sold on with a massive mark up. Customer service is absolutely non existent. Promise a 24hr response, sent numerous emails and have been waiting over 3 weeks to get an answer to my refund request. I'd definitely avoid at all costs.
26/02. Finally got a partial refund after weeks of emails. First I was offered £20 and I could keep the head, as they say they cannot re-sell used goods. I refused and was then offered £28 and could still keep the head. Said I didn't want the head and requested a full refund, so then Showery said I could return the head at my expense and they would have to examine it for damage and see what refund would apply. 100% guaranteed they'd say it was damaged and offer me a partial refund, so I said I'd settle for a £30 refund just to draw a line under the issue. Can't stress enough how poor this company is. A friend has an absolute identical shower head he got from Tic Tok for £6.99. Showery must have a 450% mark up these cheap Chinese items. Wow!!!!

I ordered a new shower head that still hadn’t arrived after four weeks despite the tracking update stating that the parcel had been delivered. I emailed Showery numerous times and it took over a week for them to respond each time. After weeks and weeks of chasing and no resolve I threatened to report showery to trading standards (I only thought of doing this because of a reviewer who had a similar issue - thank you). Only after this did they reply and agree a refund. It was hard work and I almost gave up - I think of all the other people who have been ripped off because of the same issue.
Failing this, I was looking into starting a chargeback process with my bank, but this will have been difficult as I had received no other details apart from an order number. I do not think this company is UK based and I’m not convinced that it’s legit.

My showerhead is very well made and has very useful types of flow as well as a built-in filter. At this stage the power is very good compared with the bath tap showers I have had in the past.

I ordered a shower speaker and a bath mat from Showery.co.uk.

The waterproof shower speaker arrived damaged. The casing which is supposed to be sealed tight (clamshell) was not and the wiring was exposed, not very ideal for a waterproof speaker. I emailed the address provided expecting a reply back and a new product sent out within a few days. How wrong I was, several emails have been sent out, I’ve not had one reply back. Don’t use this company, there obviously a shady business dealing with substandard items. It’s strange how they replied back to me using the same address when I had a question prior to my purchase. 100% dodgy company, stay away!

The product is cheap and doesn't work to improve pressure. I have emailed them 3 times. The first because it took over a week to get delivered, and then 2 because I want to return the item – it's just awfully cheaply made and makes the pressure worse.
Still nothing from them in response - I wish i read the other reviews about this company before placing an order.

Before Christmas I ordered one shower head at the price of 59 pounds , arrived after New year and once installed I saw no improvement in shower pressure , so I emailed showery, they replied to send a video with it working, in order to guide me and proceed with my request of return , i sent the video and asked for the return refund as I was told after I would send the video they will be able to proceed with my request , never heard from them since, the product is worse than my 5 pound old shower head

We tried to use a discount we received and it did not work.!

Good product, but delayed deliveries soured the experience

Super shower head.
The water pressure is pretty low here. But with my new shower head (the one with beads in it). I can now enjoy a much stronger water flow. And my skin is not drying up as much as it used to.

Initially I was disappointed when my shower head came, as the coating was not finished to a good standard. I emailed customer service and they sent me out a complimentary shower head.
There was no quibbling just a very apologetic email. And within a few days I received my new one and I didn’t have to send the other one back.

Straight forward website. Clear and informative. Waiting for my showerhead to arrive before I can review it but if its as good as the website then it'll be 5 stars again.

Although original shower head did not show improvement. Another one was sent free of charge and without quibble.They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The shower head it's self is brilliant, with my old shower head the pressure was terrible and the water kept going cold, the pressure is a lot better with this new one, it has gone cold a couple of times but nothing to complain about it it keeps doing it I think the problem could be the boiler but overhaul I'm happy

Really happy with my Halo shower head. Works well and helps with my scalp health and skin. Very sad that Showery UK don’t sell replacement filters for the Halo head.

Tried a few shower heads but this has been the best - very good pressure!
