Brilliant service! There was no visible manufacturers logo or serial number on the shower part that I needed...sent some pictures and Shower Doctor identified the part quickly and accurately. The part was sent immediately and I fitted it the next day.

A very fast and efficient service was given to me once again from The Shower Doctor, supplying me with a Thermostatic Shower Control Valve, it was ordered and delivered within the space of 2 days, even better still it was bought at half the recommended retail price in their current sale. This is the second time I have used them and can thoroughly recommend their service to others.

Photo identification.
I thought the ability to show a photo of the plumbing part for identification really good. The price of the identified part was well priced as I believe. However I paid for overnight premium delivery but did not receive the item for at least two days. Disappointing as I needed it for the booked plumber. They offered me £2 as an apology! Not impressed.
