Extremely Unprofessional – Course Canceled 30 Minutes Before Start
I’m very disappointed with how the Traffic Management course was handled. The session was canceled just 30 minutes before it was due to start, leaving me with no time to adjust their schedules or make other plans. I already traveled to the venue and made arrangements to attend, so this last-minute notice was completely unacceptable.
This level of poor communication and lack of organization is unprofessional and shows little regard for participants’ time or commitment. I expected a higher standard from a training provider in this field. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage future courses.
Worst teacher ever.
I don’t think anyone who’s not from Australia should go and do a course here. The guy who teaches is extremely racist, has a bad temper basically gives you a hard time. So if you cannot speak fluently please don’t waste your time/money going here, search for another educational provider.
Don’t inquire unless you want to be harassed
Inquired about a course about 6 months ago but decided it wasn’t for me. Bombarded with phone calls and emails. Advised I wasn’t interested and to stop trying to contact me. 6 months later I am still receiving emails despite repeated requests to be removed from any mailing/phone call lists.
Great at spam calling, not at delivering short courses....
They spend more time chasing ppl over the phone and withholding information than they do delivering short courses
Seems everyone else here also just wants to be left alone and not harassed. Shame on shortcourses.com.au for bringing disrepute to what is an emerging and much needed part of the education sector.
I bet the response here will be 'we can't find your details in our system' (well duh...my trustpilot account name is not my real one) and 'pls email us (give us all ur contact details) to remove yourself from the call list'. Can't wait to see what they come back with
Definitely looking to gulp your money that’s it!
Due to some personal uncertainty I took the class twice and they emailed and called me saying I’d get refunded for the later class and when I called back to check on them, all of a sudden it’s my responsibility that i didn’t leave the class before. There was a communication gap between the caller before and the caller I got right now. Wouldn’t recommend again.

After my enquiry I received a call about what the course covers, the price, etc. All goods. I let the very friendly caller know I do not want a follow up call. He understood and ended the call with good manners. Couple days later I get an email to "check in" with me from Rebecca. Without explicitly agreeing to it I had been subscribed to their emails. When I blocked the email address I got basically the same message via SMS. Today the number of the caller tried to reach me AGAIN. I did not enquire to get SPAMMED AND HARRASSED! LEAVE ME ALONE!

Helpful and knowledgeable
The person I spoke to was very helpful and prompt and efficient. I basically knew what I wanted, just needed someone with knowledge to drill into the courses available and find one that suited me - which she did with ease. I was signed up in no time at all.

Was rung during work hours when I was unable to speak on phone and when I asked or a return call when I time to speak after4 I was told the person had no vacant spots ao I said not to worry ... he would remove me and then hung up .. I was going to book another day /time but he didn't give me a chance certainly won't be recommending
