ADCSI is an Online School teaching Substance Use Disorders Counseling Education in California we have been looking for the right solution to improve the quality of our follow up with potential students that visit our website and finally stumbled upon the solution SHORE, they were patient and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for then were able to put us at ease by explaining how they could address these issues by offering their services. So at the end not only did we sign up for the service we initially contacted them about but we also decided to hire them to redesign our website from scratch. 5 Stars is truly not a high enough rating for The SHORE Team.

This company sucks. Customer support us via email it takes a day for any response . They never completed my website would not cancel contract renewed after notified to not renew and trying to hold me hostage for another year. Stay far away from these people scammers

I was understandably nervous, TotsCrops had had the same booking system & Host for 6 years. It was daunting moving to a new company. How ever the transition was smooth and enjoyable. It gave my company the most current technology and provided platform for substantial growth. The booking app pays for its self in the extra revenue it generates.
Shore are updating the customer and client experience all the time. Making changes that continue to keep them at the top of their game.
There has never been an occasion where I have not been able to ask a question to the team at Shore. They are on hand and ready to answering explain what ever I need.
My representative is Tony and his team. They are the best, so definitely ask if you can have them, you will be doing your business the best favour ever. Tony is efficient, cool, calm & a joy to work with.

Really happy with the service that Shore provide. I get Tony assigned to me (my go to person) so although it’s a big company I get one to one attention and have been really happy with the service so far. Tony has done wonders for me be boasting my SEO and helping me with my website design and a google words campaign

BUYER BEWARE! I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and 2 days later ended up in a one year contract with SHORE GmbH and had no idea! Maybe SHORE GmbH will reply with an answer. Shore GmbH is a company based in Germany and Switzerland, or so their website says. I initially signed up with SHORE GmbH because I felt their software may meet my business needs. When I initially signed up to use SHORE GmbH I was told that I was on a "FREE TRIAL." However, in order to see what SHORE GmbH can actually do I needed to try Shore Plus. In order to try Shore Plus I had to enter my credit card info and choose "MONTHLY" billing or "yearly" billing. I chose MONTHLY billing, why would I shell out $720.00 when I was not sure if I liked SHORE GmbH. TWO DAYS into my "free trial" I decided that SHORE GmbH was not for me. I contacted SHORE GmbH customer service because I noticed I had already been charged for Shore Plus, $59.99, when I was lead to believe I was still on a "FREE TRIAL." Mind you this is within TWO DAYS of trying SHORE GmbH, not two weeks. I was then told that I had signed up for a year of service and was now in contract with SHORE GmbH for 1 YEAR and they would not be refunding my money. How could I be signed into a 1 year contract when I signed up for MONTHLY payments? Not only did I sign up for MONTHLY payments while on a "FREE TRIAL" but why was I charged while still on a "FREE TRIAL?" I have never encountered a company with such bad customer service. SHORE GmbH somehow got me into a one year contract without me realizing it. Don't let this happen to you! I am now being charged for $720.00 for trying a product for TWO DAYS while on a supposed "FREE TRIAL." The legal terms and conditions on the SHORE GmbH website are vague when it comes to their "contract." That must be why my bank was not able to file a claim against them for taking my money. Ever sign up for a free trial where they might charge your card when the trial is over, that is not how Shore GmbH works. SHORE GmbH is still taking my money and keeping me on this supposed 1 year contract. I wonder if I am auto-renew for life!

Is a very good Booking online, i did try anothers but this is the best . . . and the Staff very competent and frendily . . .
