There are many e-commerce providers but Shopwired, in my opinion, is the absolute best with concrete support right there when you need it - simply superb! And that's why I've been with them for nearly 8 years now.

Superstar service as always, I needed several adjustments to some coding and Lewis jumped straight in to help and serviced my requests quickly and to the letter. I have been with Shopwired for years and everything is always so easy and uncomplicated with them. 100% five stars, all the time!

I was having real difficulty getting a video uploaded and both Ernest and Lewis were very patient. Lewis really went the extra mile for me and I am so appreciative because it makes all the difference. I launched the website for my small business (Percival's Crafts & Books) a few weeks ago, and Chris B has been an absolute lifesaver the whole way through the process. No question was too small or stupid, and Chris was super helpful with everything!

Chris B did my migration from EKM which was great as I’m not really tech savvy, done over the phone ( with him doing some of it behind the scenes after our calls )

I phoned up after my 1st full week with a few little tweeks and once again Chris sorted it no problem .

Had a problem with meta tags on my site, was something really simple but I don't deal with anything to do with this side of the business. Samantha was the person who helped me solve the problem very quickly and professionally and helped me locate the problem and change it so was working properly thank you.

The customer service is perfect and very good.
They are all great but I have dealt most with Ernest. He is very helpful.
The only bad experience I have had with shopwired is due to lack of flexibility many simple and basic things need coding, and ofc you get quoted for them, which is why I gave 4 starts instead of 5.
but as I said the main thing you would want is an amazing customer service who are always polite and ready to help.

Our site had been compromised, and the thought of rebuilding it and moving servers felt overwhelming. Chris B made the process stress-free — he personally adapted the downloaded files from our original site so they could be uploaded to ShopWired and customised the site to be fully on brand. Within a week, the new site was live, secure, and packed with new features. Fantastic support — 10/10!

Had a great experience with Chris B. who helped me through the issues I was having putting my site live. Explained everything in easy to understand terms and managed to get it sorted straight away.

Chris B the business development manager is superb. Never have I had such incredible support from a website builder platform.

Usually tweaks and customisation issues takes days and weeks to do myself or to hire freelance developers to fix but Chris has been handling them himself usually within an hour or so whilst we get the site launched.

I've been using ShopWired for several years now and remain genuinely impressed with the platform. As someone who isn't tech-savvy, I really value how intuitive their apps, themes, and plug-in modules are — everything is straightforward and easy to use, which saves me from having to tinker with code or spend time troubleshooting.

Customer service and technical support are also top priorities for me, and ShopWired consistently delivers. I had an issue today that was resolved quickly and efficiently, with full support from Ernest — I barely had to lift a finger.

I've been an Internet retailer for 25 years. We have three shops with shopwired now. They are just fantastic. UK based customer support. They stay with you through every issue and challenge and improvements they suggest and facilitate. They really get us and they genuinely care. Brilliant help from Ernest today - much appreciated as I tried to work out new tarif DDP settings for USA. I had to go back several times for further clarification and the patient response of advisers like this is what makes shopwired a great platform for me.
