I ordered hair back in December and…

I ordered hair back in December and paid an extra $7 for their so-called shipping protection because I thought that meant if something went wrong, I’d be covered. The package showed up slashed open with nothing inside. Literally no hair. I never got what I paid for.

Now it’s February and I’m still sitting here with no hair and no refund. That alone is crazy, but what’s worse is how impossible it has been to get real help. I’ve emailed over and over and either got no response or the same copy-and-paste reply that didn’t move anything forward. I’ve also tried calling their phone number multiple times during their actual business hours and couldn’t reach a single real person. The calls go straight to voicemail and you can’t even leave a message. It honestly feels like they make it hard to reach them on purpose.

They told me a FedEx claim would take about two weeks. I waited, and now I’m told the claim was denied. So what exactly was the “shipping protection” I paid for supposed to do? No one will explain that. Their website doesn’t clearly say what that protection covers, and as a customer, you naturally assume paying extra means you’re protected if your package is stolen or damaged. Apparently not. I paid extra and still ended up with nothing.

I did speak to a customer service rep named Akeira at one point, and that interaction was genuinely unhelpful and made this whole situation even more frustrating. There’s been zero accountability and zero urgency to fix something that clearly went wrong.

At this point, I’m disputing the charge and just trying to warn other people. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, especially if you’re considering paying extra for shipping protection, please think twice. I ordered in December and months later I’m still left with nothing but stress.

WIGSEALER no go‼️

Ordered a wig from WIGDEALER, it came timely, but it smelled like fish. No box, jammed in a bag. Have not worn it , need to wash. I also did not perceive it to be kinky.

Will not buy from this company again. So sorry

Buyer Beware- Unscrupulous Company

Disclaimer: Do your research before you buy from this company. I wish I had done a more thorough research. Go to the Better Business Bureau and other sites and you will see the negative reviews.

I brought three wigs from this merchant. I paid through a third party, Affirm. The last wig sent out to me was horribly constructed. I contacted seller by email and they agreed to return. They sent me a return label. I returned the wig immediately. So, I expected to receive a return back immediately. Two weeks of waiting I tracked my package and it said that the merchant had received it. A week later, I went to look at the email with the return label to track the package and the link was no longer working. The link instead took me to an error page. Now I had no proof that I returned it through the postal service.

Knowing that I was dealing with a deceptive company, I contacted Affirm and started a dispute. Then I contacted Wigdealer and they admitted that they did receive the package but would not issue a refund because I had issued a dispute with affirm/shop pay which looked bad on their company. Then they sent me a second email trying to harass me into dropping the dispute.

When using a third party to take out a loan this is how it works; Affirm paid Wigdealer off in full once I made the purchase while I continued making payments. So now I owe Affirm. When Wigdealer received my return it was “their responsibility” to contact affirm and process my return so Affirm could therefore release me from my loan contract.

It’s clear that this merchant made the return process difficult for me because they wanted to renege on their return. They think customers are stupid and aren’t going to be smart enough to fight for their hard earned money.

I would not recommend this fraudulent company.
