Ordered a dish rack from them 3 months ago and still haven't receive it. Links on website don't work, only an email address. Sent an email and the customer service rep sent me tracking information on the site Packagefindersco.com and that site is a scam as well. Claims 3 attempts were made but I have a door camera which disproves their claims. No one made any attempts to deliver on the dates and times on the tracker. Do not order anything from Shopvivly.com, they are a scam.

I really wanna give this company no stars
I ordered a three and one iPhone charger
For products, tax shipping and handling $50 never got my product never was any tracking. All they kept saying be patient be patient. It’s been 2 1/2 months and I still haven’t received a refund. Sorry or my package do not buy from them.

Shopvivly.com is a scam
I ordered two (2) dish racks from Shopvivly.com July 5, order # 4799. I asked if it would arrive before the birthday party one month later. They said, “It should arrive before that”. It did not. I missed my window to take the item. It’s been two (2) months now and I’m still waiting. After 8 Attempt Deliveries and one, “vehicle break down” I’m still waiting. I couldn’t understand the delay and why every “Attempt Delivery” was nowhere near San Diego CA until I realized it was all just a huge Scam. Buy from them at your own peril. I tracked my order daily and it never left Los Angeles, CA.
