Ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. They said order shipped, but no tracking number or invoice number. Apparently I was scammed out of $39.90 AND they hit my card again for $49.90. SCAMMERS!!! SAY IT LOUD!!
I ordered over two months ago. I have contacted them and they have been “checking.” They will not respond to my request to cancel this given that it was not sent as contracted. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. Shop or Shopify does nothing to help.
Perfectly fine product but their return guarantee is false. The company has been wholly unresponsive to my request to return the item. Also, check your order total on any Buy One Get One offer - the second item is not actually "free."
Two came broken.
Emailed and someone answered back and asked for photos. Sent them but haven’t heard back so I sent a message again and got the same response to send pictures so I did. Did the same thing for 3 times but no response.

I purchased during Christmas season and they shipped it but problem with tracking , you can’t guess when they are estimated to deliver which is delivered in New Year’s Day which is don’t know it’s got stolen or lost then I reached out to them that I didn’t receive my package then they kindly sending me new package even though takes a lot longer because of usps had delayed but finally received it .
